Juggalo found himself walking by a local gathering spot on this fine night the stars were shining the moon was full and seemed to be abnormally bright, looking over towards the gathering spot were a few stable crates stood beside a street light. Looking like a small stage with the street light beaming down on the crates it felt like a calling, the tall buildings on each side of the street provided a nice barrier to the wind so people could hear clearly, there had been something on his mind and this was a perfect time, a perfect moment to possibly bring this up… Walking over to the crates he first took a step first on the smallest crate, people stopped what they were doing and gave him this “what are you doing” type of look, taking another step to the second biggest crate people started to walk over towards this small stage curious to see what this man dressed in all black with a painted up face was doing, taking the last step on to the largest crate he turned to the crowd and cleared his throat…
Ladies and Gentlemen, I am here today to speak with you about something that has been on my mind. Now im not sure if everyone has gotten this drift or feeling, but I can defiantly say that I see some major change in the atmosphere, ive been referring to it as “The Time of Opportunity”.
We have seen some big changes in the past little while here, even more so being from the great city that im from, Chicago. First and far most we have seen the bringing of two Godfathers in the cities of Philadelphia and Los Angeles, this alone moves the need of workers up. It also brings a new verity to our cities for the thugs and gangsters who will be looking for a family to start their careers off. Though neither of these Godfathers are new to the business of running a family after coming out of Chicago as leaders they are now venturing out into new cities to build an empire of there own. This being said both of these cities have a lot going for them, and that could mean good things for YOU given you choose to put the effort in.
Getting back to that shortly how could we forget what’s going on in Chicago at the moment, with its veterans all now away from the nest we see new hard working individuals now getting there chance to shine in the windy city under Godfather Roman. Again with the up coming of these new families there is work to be done, positions to fill, career chances are everywhere you look at the moment. What do you want to make of your career, what are you doing with your life?
What im trying to get at is this could be the time for those of you looking to be something, or make a name for yourself now is the time to get busy and take advantage of the Time of Opportunity that is now among us, time passes by so quick, the chance to get that foot in the door is here. Get up, get active, and capture it.
Juggalo steps down off the small stage and leans up against the light pole lighting a cigarette he patiently awaits to here others opinion on his speech… |

Having been in the crowd of people that approached Juggalo, Panda listens intently to what he has to say, nodding every once and a while. He smiles up at the man before calling out to him,
"Juggalo, being one of these new individuals, I can't agree with you more. Right now, there's more opportunity than there has been in months. Just look over to Los Angeles, if I remember correctly, Drexler stated that he planned to auth someone else in the near future to take on new members. Surely, this would open up many positions within that new family for a young mafioso to prove themselves. Over in Philadelphia, it's the same story. Before long, -Premeir will be authing someone to take in new members and these young mafioso should take advantage of that. Right here at home, in Chicago, we've had three new people set up a family and a change of leadership in the form of The Morningwood Elite. All four of these families would welcome hard working mafioso into their doors. Right now is the time to work hard, prove yourself to the leadership and get the job. It's truly a time for opportunity."
He smiles once more at Juggalo before taking a step back, disappearing into the crowd. |

I agree with you totally. Now would be a good time to step your game up if any. I wish all of those trying for a great opportunity to work hard for it. Those that have already gotten it, congrats, those going to get it, don't give up, you just have to wait your turn. It will come when the time is right. |

I'll try not to echo the sentiments of the other speakers here on this, but indeed this is a great time of opportunity to all mobsters aspiring to carve out a niche in This Thing of Ours. Not only in Chicago under Roman, but across all the cities. I'd like to take your point a step further though, Juggalo. Personally, I think that these opportunites have always been present. I for one have never really bought into the hype that there is no room in our world for those who strive to achieve prominence to get ahead. I'm sure we've all heard at one time or another the complaints that it is always the same namesakes and bloodlines being given bold suits and high positions generation after generation. While this may be true, there is a reason for that, and the fact that happens may give the illusion that there is no room for anyone else to move up, which is inaccurate. My bloodline is a good example of this, as the first generation of my Family Tree to ever hit these shores was given a chance to run a crew. He had no prior connections to anyone else in La Cosa Nostra and entered the Mafia world a stranger to everybody. I bring this up because that ancestor, along with my other ancestors that have held positions in the past, were granted their positions based on work ethic and by providing value to their Family and city. They were not regulars in the coffeeshops and their names held no bearing or weight in the community as a whole. Yet from reading their journals, I was suprised to see them writing about others complaining of lack of opportunity. I think that those who often get discouraged by a percieved lack of opportunity mistake sending large amounts of tribute and carrying a powerful gun as grounds for advancement. While those are obvious factors, there's more to it than that. Political saavy, a demonstrated ability to lead and make others want to work for you, and last but not least common sense are all traits that leaders look for when making a decision as to who should be moving up. And sometimes it's as easy as simply not being a pain in the ass. Sometimes just the absense of negatives can get one ahead in This Thing of Ours. But ultimately it's a combination of all of the above in my opinion. Maybe I'm derailing Juggalo's point a bit at this point, but his speech got me thinking. If you're a person looking for opportunity, then to Juggalo's point this is indeed a great time for that. But if you're someone that has consistantly strived for opportunity and never get anywhere, perhaps take a good look at yourself and determine if it is your bloodline's actions or lack thereof that may be holding you back. Thanks for listening and thanks for the discussion, Juggalo. |

Bag was in the crowd while he witnessed the speech from Juggalo, Panda, donmorrison and Sexy, and after Sexy ended her speech, Bag decided that he would make his speech next and quickly made his way through the crowd.
" Well Juggalo, seeing how a few of ours people has made it to Godfather and was sent to take control of other cities by Godfather Roman, new mafias are definitely going have a much wider range of cities to join, and also, a wider range of crews to choose from. Everyone have their own preferences, some like the name of a certain city better than another, and stuff like that. So then, since the city of Philadelphia and Los Angeles are pretty new and fresh, Philadelphia being a few weeks older, those cities need some tmie to build up. THere are lack of crews there, or would I say crew members. So then, there are plenty of empty spaces to fill up by new players. And this is actually a really good opportunity for new players as one will get more attention when they're in a smaller crew and results in them excelling faster, thus, "The Time of Opportunity" is the perfect term . The amount of effort put in by the new players can clearly be seen by their crew leaders. If they work really hard, they have more chances of getting spotted for their hardwork by their respective crew leaders, so in time, they'll be given huge responsibility and then, they'll be leading their own crews sooner than they thought.
With all this said, a bigger crew definitely has its own advantage, which I will not be talking about it here.
And that's all I have to say. Have a good day people"
Bag walked back into the crowd and rushed to some warehouse to make it for an appointment there for some business related things |

Aldo, after listening to Juggalo, and other onlookers speak their opinions. Aldo stepped forward.
Your point is right, but it's also the choice of the leaders on who gets to be promoted, or a hand. I completely agree with you though, this is definitely a time to step up your game.
Aldo stands and ponders.
Well, that's it. Bye everyone.
Aldo disappears into his nearby bar. |

Alabama gives SexyBeast a round of applause
Couldnt have said it any better than that. It seems our ancestors have a similar backround, the first relative of mine to reach these shores was granted the opportunity to start a family, and even then people complained that new blood didn't get the chance to wear that bold suit. Granted in those times it was harder to gain auth as there was fewer familys, but the fact both of ours managed to make their way to the top of the ladder when fresh off the boat shows that there has always been the chance, its down to the individuals to seize that chance.
Given that I clearly have recently acted on the chance we speak of, much like Sexybeast himself/herself has, I shall leave the rest of the discussion open to others to debate. Thank you Juggalo for bringing this topic to the streets. |

Simplicity had overheard some words being said out in the streets. Making her way over to the crowd that was forming she noticed a familiar face, Juggalo. Smiling she began to listen to what he had to say. She nodded as she completely agreed with him and noticed most around her were also feeling the same way.
"As many here before me, I agree whole heartedly with you Juggalo. Now is the time to grab our chance at something great. Be who we really want to be or prove to others what we really are."
Pausing for a moment she heard other people voice their opinions and then she said her last words.
"I don't want to just rephrase what everyone else has said, so I will just leave it at that as I also agree with what others are mentioning. I'm quite glad you brought this to our streets. Thank you for doing so, my friend!" |

After some works and delegating things at the headquarters Mikah decided to take a walk at the streets to see whats the latest gossip or the latest news. She saw a group of people huddled together. Out of curiosity she walks to them and is delighted that at the center is her good friend Juggalo, when she was about to greet him she was cut short by someone who wants to speak, so she keeps quiet and listens carefully. Then she gathers that they are all talking about oppurtunity.
She ponders all that had been said and nods in agreement on what Miss Simplicity is saying. Looking around she clears her throat and make sure that no one is speaking before she put her two cents worth.
" Hello my friend Juggalo, when you went to me not too long ago about thinking on things such as this I never dreamt that you will state it here at the streets. " she smiled warmly at him and continues. " I think I know where you are going, and I believe that what you are saying is a wake up call to the new ones and those who wanted to make a name of themselves.
She pause a little , her finger touches her lips and thinks again before she speaks.
"With the newly open LA and othe cities I advice those new bright young mafioso out there and to those offsprings of other mafioso to work hard and show your leaders how you can be given responsibility and take it to heart. Chances and opportunities seldom knocks on one's door . So go forth and do well. "
After saying her piece, she went and shakes hand with Juggalo and whispers "A good speech my friend, something I hope to awaken the others and realize things that they have to do their part too to be known. " With that Mikah walks back to the headquarters to play with her Crewleader.

There are more crews and more cities populated now than there has been for a long time. Everyone will want a slice of the pie, it is the norm, if people work hard enough and want it, anything is possible. Now is the time for everyone to stand up and be counted. Show what you want and how to do it, little bit of hard work and there is no reason why a nobody can't be a somebody. |
