Hector Jimenez

Hector was born in Culiacán on the 13th of October, 1909 in the state of Sinaloa. Not much is known about his previous life in Mexico. His parents however were Narco farmers who produced pure un-cut Cocaine, manufacturing it for a local drug barron. The Jimenez family moved when Hector was born, to be raised in the United States of America due to the increasing rise of violence in Culiacán as war broke out between different drug trafficking syndicates as they fought for the lucrative drug trade.

During Hector's early years of his childhood in South Philly, he was a very intelligent kid but also a troubled youth who constantly found himself bumping heads with the local law enforcement. A family Sicario of the Jimenez family kept a watchful eye on young Hector because he had seen the potential this young man possessed. Once Hector turned 13, he was taking back to Mexico where his Sicario training for two years took place. The training he participated in changed him for life, committing unspeakable acts against humanity at such a young age made Hector more robot then human, meaning he would carry out any hit. Even if it was on his own mother, all that mattered was protecting the organization. Hector was now ready to return back to Detroit as a sleeper agent for the Cartel, blending back in to the community. He finished his schooling in Philadelphia then stumbled across a group of individuals he found at a local speakeasy, meeting a man named Eazy. The young Sicario who was now at the age of 21, begins his life of crime in hopes to rise through the ranks of the underworld in Philadelphia.

Finally settled in, Hector gets to work in Philadelphia establishing a foundation with the help of funds from Sinaloa, to help with his future business expansions as he hopes to be the leading whole-sale distributor of Cocaine.

Upon walking around the streets you keep hearing talk of Hectors Foundation and how he is looking for investors to help the community of Philadelphia.

 Federal Bureau of Narcotics (FBN)

The FBN in short terms was founded in the 1930's, it was a agency born out of the United States Department of Treasury. U.S.D.O.T was established by an act of Congress in 1789 to manage government revenue. These older bureaus were put in charge to assume enforcement responsibilities assigned to the Harrison Narcotics Tax Act, 1914 and the Narcotic Drugs Import and Export Act, 1922.

Monday morning, 19XX.

7 Mexican immigrants are apprehended and detained following a massive drug bust involving the Federal Bureau of Narcotics. The FBN had been tipped off about a drug shipment set for America. It is said, the shipment had a street value of 5 million dollers due to the natrue of this crime and the unknown, the FBN would not clarify the drug substance that was found.

The conversation between two FBN agents would take place somewhere in New York, as a spike in the drug flow increases over the following months. With new drugs popping out of nowhere and on top of that boot-legging was at an all time high.

Detective Lang: Where is this shit coming from? It's not like Heroin...

Clutched between Agent Lang's hands, was a brick of cocaine wrapped in some type of material.

Detective Lang's partner: This is the most purest drug we have seen, if we don't stop it now...

Then I'm afraid Mr Lang, that Americas in trouble.

A crisp morning in Philadelphia, Monday 19XX.

Hector was the happiest he had been for some time! As his funds had dryed up due to excessive spending on the Jimenez Foundation. Hector made a down payment on a shipment of cocaine. Patiently waiting for his shipment to come across the borders of Mexico, Hector decided to go for a walk through South Philly, before he exits his house Hector conceals a pistol on his waist-line. Birds chirping and the sounds of different motor vehicles passing by it was just another morning for most... As i made my way to the headquarters to see Eazy and the family i made a quick pit stop at a different house i frequently used as my connection back to Culiacàn. Pedro Fernandez greeted me like usual except something was wrong this time, you could see it in Pedro's face as i watched him grunt before he spoke to me.

Pedro Fernandez: Thing's ain't looking good for you Hector. You made a down payment of $2.5 million dollers...

Before Pedro could finish his sentence, Hector let out a roar that would echo throughout the neighborhood.

Hector Jimenez: What the fuck you pinche cabrón, where is my fucking shipment! I swear to Jesús above, I'll cut your fucking head off and disconnect it from your spine.

The duo get in to a heated argument as tensions escalate between them Pedro trys to calm Hector down.

Pedro Fernandez: Hear me out you fucking imbecile, theirs a rata in the ranks... We don't know if it's on this side or back in México but your shipment was seized by the FBN. I know you are now in debt... I've talked to the guy's in Culiacàn, they have given you one month exactly to come up with $2.5 million, plus $500,000 for sloppy handling. Otherwise you know the deal.

Hector sighed loudly as he looked Pedro in the eyes.

Hector Jimenez: I swear, if i hear you're in on this Pedro... We are not even going to discuss how I'll mutilate your body and fly you as a flag from the top of my house.

Pedro Fernandez grinned, as Hector left the vicinity disappearing in to the distance.

Hector drifted away in deep thoughts as he had a serious problem on his hands, how was he going to get himself out of this sticky situation.

Payment

Two duffle bags would be gripped tightly between Hector's fingers, the sun begins to go down as the night starts to swallow the day. The warm air breezes pass as Hector hastily walks towards his car checking over his shoulder every now and then.

I proceeded to wait for Pedro to arrive so i could finally pay the money back to my associates in Mexico, i kept my Pistol ready at a moments notice to uplift it and shoot. I watched all around me as i seen some car lights coming towards me in the distance, i couldn't recognize the vehicle from this far but the sound i could tell a mile away... It was Pedro's car, two of his goon's hopped out and approched my driver's side window as i opened my door to get out of the car. Pedro walked towards me extending his right hand out to greet me. "How's it going Hector... I'm glad you made the deadline. I have a FBN agent that will be helping your next shipments through the border" as the two gentleman spoke Hector handed over the money he owed in the two bags fulled with cash. "Thank you Pedro, have we sorted out the rat yet? I lost a lot of money on this already" Hector sighed loudly as Pedro replied "Yes it was one of the guy's crossing the border, I'll get his location for you, you'll hear from me soon". Hector nodded as both men departed back to their vehicles departing the area.
