Flanked by a team of cheesy smelling trumpeteers, Zephyr comes from the HQ to make his proud annoucement Vegas. Sin City. As some of you may know, my bloodline has an age old connection with Las Vegas, and one which I have always held dear. For this reason, it is a great honour for me to be the one to welcome, on behalf of PrinceofCheese and the other leaders, a dear friend to the City of Sin. Ellis has proven his worth both within his own crew and on these streets of ours. He is pledged with a great responsibility - to restore LV to its former glory and put it back on the map in the Six Cities. I know it is a responsibility he will take on with the honour, tenacity and dignity that has always accompanied his bloodline. Please join me in welcoming Ellis to LV.
