sorry pressed wrong buttone but my point is whats the point of RHM and LHM when a CL dies and the whole crew is out on there ears, should the RHM not be promoted to leader to try and sort out the situation? if its a war the whole fam is still at risk of dying but when a CL dies of wack back its not his members fault and they dont deserve to got hit |

I think this can be handled relatively easily without change in the code, as history has shown. |

It has become ritual that when a CL dies, it's members are not touched immediately. People tend to wait for a protection thread. If one doesn't come, then the members start to die. The idea of the crew being passed onto the RHM has been discussed before, and if I recall, it was rejected. |

I strongly agree with the RHM automatically taking the CL's place. That's what happens in real life mafia so that's what should happen here. Limited to made man and above. I would be thrilled to see this put into place. (not just because I'm rhm) Also on that note it would make the choosing of hands more interesting, meaning you would have to REALLY trust someone not to shoot you and take your place. |

I agree, it should move to the hands after a crewleader's death - provided he's of rank (people over him would be excluded). It makes absolutely no sense that the HQ disappears into thin air after a crewleader's death. |

I would agree, other than the fact that there is already too much money in the game so 'inheriting' an HQ leaves 14-ish million extra just sitting in the game which would've been taken out with the purchase of said HQ! |

When a CL dies, the RHM doesn't always take over the family. Thus, I do not like this suggestion. It gives the Godfather less control over who's a crew leader in their city. Besides, as DeadlySin said, it leaves 14M or so in the game. There's already too much money in the game as is. |
