I am probably out of the favor of everyone by suggesting this, but just hear me out; 

I feel that it's unrealistic that we all fly across the country daily and most of the time we carry thousands of dollars worth of drugs throughout the country. Now of course in old America CBP wasn't all that awesome at catching people with drugs, at least not like today. However it did happen. I feel that MR should incorporate a 0.3% chance that IF you have max drugs that you can carry, then you get a message after flight, something like you got frisked and they took your drugs, OR, you got frisked and they threw you in jail, OR you dropped some units and left em and decided to flee. 

All this just for realism, I know most people aren't going to go for soemthing that would keep them from making money drug running, but I think that there should be something that makes drug running just a bit harder.

Another idea is to do this with your gun if it's been fired recently that there is a chance that you don't fly, or you lose your gun, or go to jail, etc. 

Just some thoughts.

I agree with this, but idk how hard it'd be with coding. It adds a little realism and risk in the fagile structures of the drug trade.

I mean it's almost the same as failing a felony because  cop walked around the corner.
