Vincent Valentine had back come over from the old country, his line was a line that had been on these shores many of times in the past, he himself grew up in Chicago before moving back to the old county after the first great war to take care of his very sick mother, who recently passed. This time he washed up in Philly, before meeting up with an old family friend now running the show in Chicago. She explained how she had heard many things, and that there was an open spot in her structure for someone with specific talents. Vincent Valentine having fought in the first great war was familiar with many forms of warfare, both trench warfare as well as urban combat. He was setting out to create a dangerous group that would work for him, as Godmother Chairman Dawns personal hitsquad. He began calling some of his old war pals, and got a group of guys that began working together.

    The men were all familiar with one another Charles Barksdale, Benjamin Pollinger, Tyler Marshall, Christain Norman, and Frankie DeVito. Frankie being the only other Italian in the group was obviously Vincent's right hand man in this venture as no way he could bring any of the others anywhere near family business. Frankie at least could be seen with Vincent, and was a full blooded Italian. Once they had been training for a couple of weeks Dawn called for them to have a sit down with her about their first upcoming job. All the men sat around trying to figure out what it could be, and who the group was going to kill first.
