Ladies and gentlemen, it's been a long day so let be be short and sweet with this.

After the revolution the rules of the land were agreed upon by all the leaders of our thing.

Leaders needs to lead. They need to earn the trust and loyalty from their members and ensure their protection is paramount. They should be in close contact with other leaders of the city and have friendly interactions with other leaders around the country to ensure business runs smoothly and money flows in.

Chicago has adhered to this rule. We cherished the peace time and have been consistently working well with our fellow partners in crime towards a better future. We consider all of the other leaders of this world to be our friends.

However.

Every city has the right to go to war to defend itself or if given reason to.

We received all kinds of information about how Don TaylorBrown of Detroit was plotting and maneuvering a future attack on Chicago. It seems dead men may not tell tales, bit dead former crew leaders do.

We didn’t rely on rumors, hearsay or gossip. We received some concrete information and moved on it. We presented the evidence to others on the leader council and they too felt it wasn’t a threat we could overlook. This was not a knee jerk reaction or decision.

After some discussion, it was decided that Chicago would move forward with the removal of parts of Detroit. Not everything went smoothly, but in the end the threat was secured and the plot snuffed out.

As stated in a previous mail a special thank you to our friends across the country who aided us when things did not go as planned. We truly appreciate it.

Rest in peace to all the fallen on both sides.

Very good words giving after this last horrible war and Im so glad it tdidnt take so long to end this war. Truly well done by all that tried to get rid of all that had to get out of their lives and all good ones that has fallen, we all give you a good memory to what you all have done before getting down to your caskets.

Everyone knows CH killed DT before they had the chance to do the same to them it’s the nature of the beast. It’ll come down to PH and NY wiping out everyone slowly, or maybe they can let CH keep doing it for them to give them even more cause to take out CH themselves

Death is the only thing that is certain in this life of ours. It will come for me as sure as it has for everyone that came before me. When it happens or why is not important to me. What is important is the now, and working towards a better future for my city and my family. You may be right and you may be wrong, but in the end you are just like the argument you are trying to make: unimportant.

People come, people go, as previously mentioned,  that's the nature of the beast, some say if you don't like it, shut up and do something about or just cary on and mind your beeswax. 

With the recent many appearances of Mr Durdan and his many, many followers,  is it a surprise something was going to happen once the hitters had trained their eyes on them they would be ready for the bigger fish, no matter what the excuse?

Totally agree with Frankie there, its common in the mafia-life so nothing wrong here about any getting into a rogue-session, funny in a way when all have to hunt those down and thats life.

More problem all time when so many is mad about after wars, liek it or leave it, this is a game where we have so many angry ones who really have to try to be more polite to each other instead of be so damn angry at other all the time.
