Everyone gather round!

The heads of all across the land have gotten together to discuss the future of LA.

We have concluded that LA, as of now, will become Opportunity City for anyone to apply and move there.

IF you are interested here is a run down.

• You have to 24hours submit an application to your district head stating why you would do good in LA. (If you want center district make it known. You will be evaluated harsher if you want center)
• Your district head has to approve the move
• You have to fund your own move to LA
• Once in LA no outside help will be allowed, you are completely on your own. Make decisions that will benefit you and your crew. What happens in LA stays in LA.
• You may enter a resume at any rank

That's about it. LA will have no limitations, buy as many BGs as you want, set up whatever size HQ you want.

The Opportunity will end when there is one clear leader in LA that no one can contest.

These days not many came out to visit spontaneous gatherings like this. A nasty illness was spreading and people were on guard. Mother Nature can be a bitch; her approach more worse than that of a dictator and her embrace more choking than a financial crisis. Traditionally an awkward attempt at anonymity, pulled-up collars became a last line of defense against those that generously mix saliva with sound when speaking. But most people resort to some form of social distancing as if our bodies are brought under effect of some form of magnetic push.

While intriguing to observe, the result was a society that at times seemed void of a sudden energy; after all people meeting, clashing into and tumbling over eachother is far more enjoyable. Having sought that engagement today, Ghostbuster was happy he had joined the small group gathered on the square listening to the Godfather of New York.

"Thank you for bringing this clear announcement, mister Giyu. This indeed sounds like quite the opportunity for the more entrepreneurial among us. While the announcement is efficient, it raises some questions for me. For this I'm assuming that any participant to this opportunity is subject to the Codes of Conduct as previously announced. I think we can all imagine that no one would test any of the leaders outside of LA, but the rules for within the city seem to allow whatever seems right to its occupants. Becoming "The One Not Contested" seems desirable, but by what means?"

"Would abusive behaviour - or just acts not in line with the Codes of Conduct - within LA have an effect on the relations of the acting party with the other cities when the opportunity concludes?"

Didn't LA recently get wiped for doing this? Didn't NY and PH wipe them for doing their own thing with their own crews? How is this benefiting the game?

Truly good to see LA again soon will be filled up with good people so we can have another great city to see flourish up slowly and well.

Let's bring in great people to this lonely city that has been a ghost-town long enough.

Also wants to congratulatye those moving in there and make the city grow from a ghost to a warm place for many.

Cinnamon listens to the speech, and watches as the three men interested step forward.

Firstly, let me say well done to Giyu and the council for organising this. As the metalhead squirrel has said - too often do we hear about the lack of opportunity, so it warms my cockles to see both this opportunity to be offered, and for some very talented folk grabbing it with both hands... which leads me nicely onto my next point; congratulating the mafioso making the most of this opportunity.

Congratulations to razor-blade-mario, Gianna and Gordon_Ramsay - I wish all of you the very best in your ventures. I shall be watching with interest.

Lighting a doob and donning a flatcap, Cinnamon disappears back into the congregated throng of people.

Gordon tips his chef hat at cinnamon and mouths "Thank you" before walking up to Giyu and the other Leader of the world and starts shaking hands

Velvet notices all the commotion in the streets, she hears booming voices coming from the center of this herd of people, listening intently new crew leader's have been announced, to bring LA to life again.

A smile reaches her eye's as she applauds and holler's in congratulations.

"Wishing you all the very best!"

she grabs her flask and takes a swig of Bourbon in toast of the new journey unfolding.

Want to thank Gianna for all fun and great thing we had have together and also want to congrat with one sad eye and one glad eye when seeing Gianna took this travel to make LA a great place to be in coming future, thanks a load for everything.

Gianna made her way out of the crowd to shake the hands with Giyu and the other leaders present who were headed to Los Angeles.

"It's my pleasure to work with these great individuals who were picked to head to Los Angeles. I know we all we do our best to carry forth the goals and laws that the leaders of the land here have in place and mind. Today is a great day for the community and the rest of Los Angeles."

She took a short bow before take a step to the side next to Gordon Ramsay and Razor Blade Mario. The three leaders tasked with bringing back greatness to L.A.

all seems to be quiet and calm in the city of Angels

I don’t understand when people call others a failure when Giyu has worked his way up to the very top of the food chain, and if you look at the details you would have noticed that he and a small team of individuals took out the last Purging Regime and made these streets of ours a better place.
