For quite some time Dawn_ had be concentrating on the needs of the community.  She was very proud of the fact that she was able to have her people take advantage of a number of opportunities.   But today she was concentrating on The Loop offering Uncle_Fester the long overdue opportunity to expand The Loop and set up his own operation under  her.

@Uncle-Fester had been with her from the very beginning and worked consistently and diligently helping her to build the organization.  He is a man of great integrity and dependability.  She asked both him and H-E-R-O to please join her for dinner in the restaurant at Mobsters Mansion.  After a wonderful dinner she asked Harold their waiter to bring her a bottle of his finest champagne.  Dawn got down to business.

Uncle_Fester I have kept you on the back burner far too long.  I know with the limited numbers of mobsters entering the life of crime this won’t be an easy task but I know you are up for the challenge.  I have bought you here tonight to offer you the opportunity to set up your own operation under me here in The Loop.  I have all the faith in your ambition and desire to see The Loop as well as the city of Chicago to grow.

Dawn was a little nervous at Uncle_Fester hesitation at first but when he finally got his composure together and agreed he was indeed up for the challenge she was very happy. 

She asked H-E-R-O to pop open the bottle of Champagne which he did with pleasure and poured everyone a glass.   Dawn lifted her glass and made a toast.

To us and the beginning of expanding The Loop again.

When i received the invitation from Dawn_ to join her for dinner I was delighted.  After enjoying a wonderful dinner, she ordered a bottle of champagne,  then turned to me and offered me a opportunity of a lifetime.  It took me quite surprised but I always dreamed of running my own operation.  Her faith in me gave me the courage to accept this opportunity and step up. 

Dawn_ words cant express how proud I am to have this opportunity.  The confidence you express in me and the confidence I have in myself makes this an easy decision.  I would be honored to accept this challenge.  Rest assured that I will fulfill the needs of an expanding city.  I thank you for the opportunity. 

Fester is excited to get started on this journey. 

As Dawn_ took  a sip of her champagne she knew in her heart that Uncle_Fester would be up for the task but was please to hear the words from him.  

Well then congratulation my dear friend it's time to get you going.  Do you have any idea what you would name your new operation?

We are going to call it the Bar Bar Shop.  A crew to mix business with pleasure. 

Dawn almost spit her champagne out and just laughed.

That's such an appropriate name.   As long as I have known you Uncle_Fester, you have  always had the ability  to do that. 

Bar Bar Shop so it is. 

HERO was in his office doing his work as usual, he had the invite on dinner from Dawn_ so he had to get his things ready before he went to the restaurant at the Mobsters Mansion, he wore his black suit with white shirt and walked to the table.

as they having the dinner Dawn_ talked to Uncle_Fester and told him that he can start his journey now as he was one of those who was with her from the beginning and his ability to help Chicago to expand and continue its building process.

HERO was happy as he knew how good is Uncle_Fester and his ability to bring new blood to the city, Uncle_Fester chose Bar Bar Shop  as his business name, that sounded cool "you know that a cool name and kinda unique too"  as saying that HERO stood up and congrats Uncle_Fester and poured champagne for everyone and lift his glass to and made toast too "good luck mate in your journey".

They all raise the glasses and toasted one more time then Dawn opened the Mansion to all those to come with congratulations.

Congratulations Uncle_Fester. 

Dude walks into the restaurant at the Mansion to congratulate Uncle_Fester.  He had to wait a few minutes to get close enough to speak to him.

Uncle_Fester let me be one of the first ones to congratulate you on this very, very special occasion.

I also want to thank you for entrusting me to be your RHM and honored that you chose me. I promise I will never let you down.   I will follow the example you set while working with Dawn_.  I look forward to helping you build The Loop as well as Chicago as a whole.

Salvatore heard the wonderful news from Dawn and he immediately got dressed and told to prepare the car. He drove to the Mansion. 
 

"Congratulations Uncle_Fester for getting your own crew, I know how much you have worked and helped Chicago to build, so this move warms my heart. I raise my glass and wish you the very best my friend."

Salvatore quickly grabs a glass of champagne and raises to the air.

Great news to see that this new appointment occurs here in Chicago.

"My deepest gratulation to you Uncle_Fester, it's going to be great to see this new crew Bar Bar Shop being our new and fresh crew to see develop here at home"

Frank received a call to come to the Mansion, when he arrived he was a little late as he saw everyone congratulating Uncle_Fester.  Salvatore_DiLorenzo whispered to Frank that Uncle_Fester got the nod to start a regime.  Frank smiled and whispered back that it was about dam time.  Frank walked over to Fester and gave him a hardy handshake and congradulated him.  

"You will do great Fester I have no doubts about that.  I look forward to seeing your crew grow and you sitting back smoking cigars and counting your funds.   Congratulations Uncle_Fester."

Lucky heard about the latest news in Chicago when he met up with Salvatore_DiLorenzo when they went to their local cafe this morning in Northside, after a great breakfast and a morning of discussing earnings and business with Salvatore_DiLorenzo, he headed over to the mansion to give his congratulations. 

After saying hi to everyone in the mansion, Lucky made his way over to Uncle_fester..

" Congratulations Uncle_Fester, its great to see Godmother Dawn_ expanding her operations and I look forward to seeing you build your crew, Bar Bar Shop, best wishes. If you ever need anything you can always count on us in the north." 

Exiting his car, he walks straight up to Uncle Fester gliding through the crowds trying to find out what is happening.   He had known Uncle Fester and the great things he had helped achieve with Dawn and knew was a great time for him to shine.   Nodding at his attache as he walked over, he smiled.

"You have worked hard for the family, and consistently worked hard selflessly for the family, you deserve this and I look forward as your family grows both in number and ability under you".

Pausing as he passes a case of champagne over.

"Congratulation, and make sure you share a glass with me later.!

Stepping into the side wings, he gives others a chance to step up.

Uncle_Fester, although we spent much time together within Chicago we did not interact very much. However I knew from conversations with Dawn_ that you were one of her rocks, one of her best and most trusted. And you displayed that to me a few weeks ago when we went to battle, you were a stalwart in the room and key to the outcome. I have faith that you will be a strong addition to the Chicago leadership and continue the tradition of exemplary leaders within the city. Congratulations to you.

Gordon had read the news in the Newspaper over morning coffee and had sent a telegram with a message of congratulations but decided that wasn't quite enough so Gordon hopped into a aeroplane and headed to Chicago. 

Gordon landed and headed straight for The Loop and knocked on a door behind which was undergoing construction  "Hi there Mr Fester I bought you this and many many congratulations" There was a Hamper full of quality ingredients and a rather large magnum of champagne 

Fester lifts his glass to all that stopped by to welcome him in.  I appreciate your support and look forward to working with all of you.  

Congrats Uncle_Fester! A well deserved and exciting addition to Chicago! Can't wait to see what you and your new crew puts together!
