Ron had worked both with and for @Cinnamon for a while now, he had seen his old friend Gerry go from street corner busker, to hand of a family with @NathanExplosion, then followed him as he built his own HQ in Chicago and again as he moved to Detroit at the request of his old Boss Nathan.

Now had come the time that Gerry was taking ownership of his own District in Detroit, he would move to a smaller building so that it could be occupied by lesser numbers, as beffiting his new station as Godfather of Corktown. He had approach Ron to discuss taking over those remaining members of his family and setting out to create a new home with them.

Ron, as many may know, was a simple man. He didnt like to make things anymore complicated than they needed to be, he preferred the simpler life and as such as always made sure any tasks he undertook were done in the most simple manner. When given the news he would leave Gerrys side to make his own HQ, he realised it needed a name. Something that would alert those fresh off the boat that it would be a place they could come to and learn, whilst also staying true to the Italian roots of the mafia. It was simple, really. Very Good Famiglia.

Ron had once owned his very own construction company, Very Good Building Company. He believed it to be a fine strong name then, so there was no reason why his family couldn't inherit such a name and go on to be a fine strong family too.

Due to his simple ways, Ron hadn't ventured out to the streets very often, his moustached face wasn't very well known in the important circles and that would have to change if he was to lead by example. He wasn't one to shirk a challenge, though. Gerry had warned Ron that upon being given the authority to set up ones own HQ, it was tradition to announce yourself to those in our way of life, so Ron decided he'd best venture out to meet people...

He looked around the streets, hopeful of finding some friendly faces to meet and greet, before he elected to simply stand on a corner and announce himself to the world.

Afternoon folks! Hello and welcome to you all. I hope you are all well on this fine day. My name is Ron Swanson, I'm a simple man of few words, I tend to let my actions do most of my talking for me and hopefully that will be evident, although I do intend to bring myself out to these streets from time to time to show off my lovely moustache and ensure that I do my best to provide opinion on any important matters being discussed. As you may have heard by now, my former boss Cinnamon has been elevated to the lofty position of Godfather here in Corktown, as such it was decided I would take over the day to day and help this fine district grow. If any of you folks listening are fresh off the boat and in need of a home, come and see me for a chat. I promise you it wont be a long chat, I hate small talk.

With that said, Ron gave a nod a wave to those listening and headed back home to the HQ he'd built with his own two hands.
