Hello MR family.

Recently I have noticed that a lot of ''New'' members log on, create a character and retire before they are even being seen in the 60s list. When a new player creates a character (or actually any new character) they are not visible in the 60s list. I guess this is to encourage them to start doing jobs in the job board to attract sponsorship. I just feel that maybe many new potential players join and don't understand how the game works and since they are unseen unless they do jobs or reach a certain age in the 60s list we may be missing out on many potentially great future players. Since they aren't aware of how the game works (even though there is a tutorial, I'm sure many skip through and basically just click anything and not seeing much in return or simply not knowing what they doing.)

I'm not sure how we can help with this player retention, maybe we can make them visible a little sooner in the 60s list so that even if they don't do jobs they can at least be approached by experience players who can teach them the game and from there they may retire less.

Like I said I don't have a 100% idea of how to help the retention but I wanted to at least bring up the subject and maybe all together we can come with something to help new players not quit so fast.
