What is it

A scavenger hunt for information which is currently available in both the Streets and Business District forums

When it happens

Kicks off from 00:00:01 Monday 25 January and ends when all clues have been solved. (Due to schedule, start time will likely be around 06:00:00 game time).

How it happens

• Over the course of the event, seven clues will be released a day, for seven days
• Clues will be provided on a daily back alley thread, which will be posted on this announcement thread
  • Only LG will drop the daily sheets and clues
  • These will be posted at random times throughout the day
  • Recommended you watch both this thread and the daily sheets when posted
• Answers should be written and posted to the back alley thread as soon they are solved
• Clues can be completed in any order, just be the first to post the answer
• First answer by a single individual can be accepted only

Example Day

• LG posts the new answer sheet and in it is the first clue for Day #1
• Clue looks like "Who own's the Cat and Phoenix Tavern in Philly?" the answer would be 'JackMezzo'
• Throughout the day, more clues are posted and players attempt to answer them
• As soon as someone has found the answer, they add it to the sheet
• The following day a new answer sheet is provided and the game continues. The previous day sheet may still have clues remaining.

Final Points

• JackMezzo and his RHM will not be participating, for fairness
• Prizes will be paid out at the end of the event
• Leaderboard is available here to track progress
• City Credit Prizes
  • Will be paid out in timed city only credit codes
  • These will be distributed in main, available on a thread and sent to upper structures of that city
  • This is to ensure fair chance of distribution across the city
• City Perk Prizes
  • Will be sent to the city head to use for the city
• In the event individuals involved in the event are gunned down, support will be sought in identifying the kin so they may continue. In the event of global thermonuclear war, the possibilities of resolving the event will be assessed at the time.
• City cooperation is strongly encouraged, to maximize your chances of success. There are large individual rewards though, too!

DAY #1 CLUES THREAD

Great start all, thanks for getting involved. All clues for Day #1 have been successfully solved, below is the location for Day #2 which will start after midnight game time. 

Some clear players emerging already, with Detroit and Philly tied for the most clues today, so the daily prize has been split. Still plenty to play for!

Remember to track progress on the Leaderboard.

DAY #2 CLUES THREAD

Event Trivia

SO glad there were no cock ups on the first day. Finding these clues then checking every city to make sure nobody was going to find the same answer elsewhere was a drag... 

End of Day 2 and I thought we would start to stumble on some of these clues. Clearly not, as Philly and DT are rattling through them in wicked speed. I'd like to think the hardest ones are yet to come, but I've no idea at this point, considering how quick they're being solved. 

Shout out for Mona who took four today. Either great teamwork or hella' quick fingers. Four in a single city secures them the bonus of 10 credits for Detroit. Here's your thread for tomorrow, make sure you watch it to get the first clue!

DAY #3 CLUES THREAD 

Event Trivia

What made this challenging was checking each business district thread through when formulating city specific clues, as in the past cities have opened and closed. When they do that, the BD threads gotta go somewhere, so they go to another city. I wrote several great clues then when checking back, found the thread actually belonged to Seattle, or St. Louis, or was a Philly thread in New York.

I could have been cruel and sent you looking for a NY clue that was actually in Philly, but that would have been a little too harsh... 

Approaching the halfway point, Mona is leading in the individual race, while its neck and neck between Philly and Detroit for the top City. Some of the harder clues came out today, the order is randomised, so there's no telling if there are harder ones to come or not. Quite frankly, I've forgotten if there were.

DAY #4 CLUES THREAD

Event Trivia

Honestly I thought I'd have more interesting things to say about this event that would last me the 7 days. Oh, well. Try again tomorrow.

Day #4 is over, roll on up Day #5. Quickly becoming a two horse race between Philly and Detroit. Today was Detroit's day as they widened the gap to take the full 10 credit bonus, putting them ahead of Philly by a day. 

Still time to get involved though with 3 days left, another city wins all three they will top the chart by current standing. 

If it turns into a two city draw, we're going to need to switch to a tie break clue...

DAY #5 CLUES THREAD

Going into the weekend and Day #6 it's looking like Detroit are in it to win it. The top spot for City is now Detroit or Draw, with Philly needing to catch up by 2 days to force a tiebreak situation. 

In the individual race, Mona is extending her lead steadily, however with 14 clues left to solve, there's still a lot to play for. Here's your thread for Day #6! Enjoy!

DAY#6 CLUES THREAD

Here it is, your last day thread. 

Today was intense, as Philly leave it to the 11th hour, the seventh clue of the day, to pull back a day against Detroit. Detroit still lead and only need to solve four clues to claim victory. If Philly want to draw and take it to a tie brake, they need to get four clues tomorrow. 

In the individual race, unless Takkar pulls off all 7 tomorrow, then Mona takes the crown. It's all to play for in the second and third runner up positions though.
