Stallion sits in his new office, the smell of fresh paint still in the air. Stallion turns to gaze out the window looking at the buildings spread out over the city knowing Godfather Premeir was looking down upon him watching him work like he was with the entire city. The Godfather was always ever watchful. There is a knock on the door followed by his new right hand man Axe entering the office. Axe walks over to the desk and follows Stallion gaze toward the city of New York.

“Best city in the world” says Axe

Stallion smiles and turns his attention to Axe, “Indeed it is my friend. It’s a city on the move, growing and growing. It’s where we come in, expanding Godfather Premeir’s rule to the outer reaches of New York. The Godfather has bestowed upon us a great honour and we shall not let him down.” Standing up from his chair he picks up his coat and puts it on, “It’s time we make the official announcement. Has everyone gathered?” Nodding Axe says “Indeed they have, they are all gathered outside in the courtyard.”

Leaving his office, Axe following, Stallion heads off to the courtyard. Walking along the hallways of his new headquarters he could still smell the scent of lacquer from the floor boards. It was good to have his own brand new headquarters. He would make Godfather Premeir proud. Entering the courtyard Stallion notes the faces of all those that have arrived. Some of his closest friends were there as well as fellow New York crew leaders and others from all different cities. Even DurzoB was here further at the back still wobbling, not yet recovered from the late night bender. The crowd goes silent and turns their attention to Stallion. Nodding at Axe then stepping forward Stallion says,

“Ladies, Gentleman, fellow crew leaders and friends, it brings me great pleasure to have invited you all here at my new headquarters. The great Godfather Premeir has seen fit to reward me with my own family, but such a privilege comes with great responsibility. New York is on the rise and I will be helping every step of the way. I will not let my Godfather nor the city I love down. I look forward to working with all of you closely in the future.”

“So please enjoy the celebration of my family, there are drinks and food inside. I hope my new family, The New York Thoroughbreds will reach the heights the current New York leaders have already achieved.”

After his new Boss, Stallion finished his speech, Axe steps forward.

I'll start off by thanking my new Boss and Godfather Premier for this wonderful opportunity. But I also wish to acknowledge the great times and how comfortable I felt among the Death Eaters.

We will work hard to continue expanding New York and its operations to every corner of the city and making it stronger and richer. Salud!

Congratulations Stallion, I'm sure it was throughly deserved and you will continue to work hard to improve the fine city of philly.

Zerk is so proud of all three of you guys.  Stallion, Axe, and Lolly you were in the Death Eaters for a short amount of time but with a huge impact.  As much as it saddens Zerk to see you three leave it also puts a smile on Zerk's face wondering what it in store for the great city of New York.  And surely it's great things to come.  Congratulations!

DurzoB walks up to Stallion and grabs both his shoulders to take a look at the new crew leader of New York

Congratulations, since working with you in Godfather Premeirs crew you became the best centaur/horse/human mobster a person could wish for. I know it isnt much but i would like to give you a present to mark this fantastic occasion.

Durzo motions for one of the city associates to come forward, the man puts a large box on the ground and steps back. Durzo open the box to reveal a huge salt block and a enormous amount of carrots and apples. Stallions eyes fill with wonder and the lovely sight.

I know you will enjoy these, and good luck with your new family. Please dont hesitate to ask if you need any more carrots or apples i have a good line on an importer who helps me out with one of my side businesses.

Thank you for your kind words Zerk, it was a pleasure being in The Death Eaters. Thank you for helping make me feel so welcome.

Chade was finishing up a meeting with one of his suppliers in New York when he heard a couple of guys walking past discussing the news about Stallion. Wanting to do something special for a friend, he turned to Whisky and told him that he wanted to organize something spectacular that will make him remember this day forever.

Discussing quietly with Whisky what he needed to organize, they split up so he can go get some items while Chade went to find Stallion to celebrate.

Arriving at the tower Godfather -Premeir usually did business in, he noticed Stallion leaving, so quickly instructed the driver to pull over so he could get Stallion's attention.

"Congratulations my friend, this is truly a momentous day for you. I know you have worked hard for godfather -Premeir and New York and this is a very great honour that you received. I can’t express how glad i am for you and i believe you will more forward and do well in this new role."

"I am sorry I can’t celebrate with you, but I have organized a surprise that should be arriving shortly to let you celebrate in style for the rest of tonight."

Glancing at his watch, Chade becomes worried that Whisky didn't have enough time, but is quickly reassured as he hears a marching band come around the corner. Following the marching band was a brand new Rolls Royce with a hug black bow pinned to the bonnet. As the band got closer you could see that the back of the car was filled with scantily clad women all giggling and waving at stallion to get his attention.

"I have organised it all, the driver has instructions to take you to certain places in a particular order, and I will be interested to hear the story of how your night went another time."

"Have fun, and celebrate this wonderful occasion in style."

Ushering Stallion into the car, he motioned the marching band to start off so the car can follow along. As the car drove off, the last Chade was able to see was Stallion grinning ear to ear slowly while being devoured in the mass of women.

BananaBender steps out into the streets upon hearing the news his good friend has been giving the authority to run his own crew

Stallion my friend our lines have crossed on many occsions and my forfathers have always had good things to say. Your looking good up at the top and know you will do yourself and Godfather Premier proud. Keep up the good work mate you never know how far you will go.

BananaBender shakes Stallions hand and hands him a bottle of whiskey and heads back through the crowd

ARGUS stands silently watching the Speech go on. His steely gaze moves from man to man as they take their turn speaking. After everyone finished their speeches he moves to his boss, Consig Stallion, and kisses his hand.

Sir it gives me utter pleasure and makes me feel proud that I have been given an opportunity by you to work for you, I am just a mere Thug right now, with nowhere to go and no one to take care of me in this world, but you have bestowed me to carry your name tag with me, I will try my best to protect that tag, and to carry it with pride.

Even though I hardly know you, I would like to congratulate you and I wish you the best of luck. Make your city proud! :)

Inamorta listens to Stallion's words intently, drinking in his speech. As Stallion finishes, Inamorta tips his hat to him and smiles, then strolls up to him, extending his arm for a handshake.

Blow 'em away mate. We all know you're gonna do great.

With another grin, Inamorta turns and leaves the party, having other business to attend to.

LoveGun stood with one of her hired help, Loy, at Stallions announcement. They had just torched a rival's business down town, she still reeked of gasoline. Loy on the other hand, smelled as pretty as a flower, but that wasn't strange at all. Loy was just that kind of girl.

"Love why didn't you tell me he was so handsome?"

Loy asked and LoveGun elbowed her in the rib, rolling her eyes unamused in the process. Loy was just that way, being completely inappropriate at the worst times. She had one thing going for her, that woman could steal anything. If there was a painting on the other side of the room, she'd have gotten it in no time at all without even moving. LoveGun chalked it up to be some sort of magic trick and that's the only reason she even tolerated the woman.

Shut it Loy.

LoveGun glared at Loy as she opened her mouth, but both of them were cut off from their squabble as the new mob boss of New York announced the opening of his new headquarters.

Last night in the Godfather's office they shared drinks and worked out all the fine details one works out with a new set up. Today though, LoveGun was able to let the excitement for this day blanket her mood.

Congratulations Stallion! I be very happy t' be seein' ya in ya own bold suit.

"Bold it is..."

LoveGun could hear Loy seductively mumble behind her. LoveGun cleared her throat and spoke a bit louder.

I worked with ya from th' start, th' days we all worked together under the Spanish Inquisition in Chicago. Now tha' be feelin' like a lifetime ago, but even then ya be impressin' me. We be findin' ourselves here, creatin' our own Empire and I couldn' be any more prouder t' be seein' ya join the ranks of the other mob bosses that control this big city. I look foward t' be workin' with ya.

LoveGun nodded her head towards Stallion and then turned to make sure Loy was still around and hadn't mauled him yet. She was there thankfully, but had that look in her eye.

Loy...I think we be havin' another burnin' party t' be gettin' t'.

She ducked out of the crowed that had gathered dragging the woman with here.

The Hulkster had just landed from his flight into New York City. As he stepped out of the plane he saw all the hulk a maniacs and started a march to the center of the audience. Waving the American flag in the air marching straight up to the bold suited Stallion and the slanted Axe. Hogan shakes their hands and begins speaking unbelievably fast and flailing his hands around in the air.

Well you know something brother, I gotta say that im proud to be here with you man! Because You know You and axe and everyone else thats here with you dude! I wanted to say that you have a gaurantee brother that no matter what happens man i will stand right here for you with these twenty four inch pythons no matter what may come our way! All the hulk-a-maniacs will stand by your side brother and im glad that the big dude saw you as more than a potential candidate to be a leader in this city and that the big dude would allow me a spot in joining his city as well man!

The Hulkster stops yelling when he sees a random gangster booing the new auth that is Stallion. Hogan runs over and power slams the guy then leg drops his ass. Then, pointing to the gathered he cries out in his loud intense voice.

Now I gotta question for you...Whatchya gonna do when the New York Thoroughbreds run wild on you!?
