Ok so its snowing, we are supposed to get a lot, so therefor I am no longer liable for any mental decisions because everyone knows snow is fucking magical and I lose my shit every time.

Soooo, we are turning on a RAT.  One condition though... it has to be all on board.  If I notice any moments where theres no competition, I will shut it down temporarily.
