"We've discussed every lane of business, us moving into Vegas is the better option and something we need to consider, we do this and we might just become the next people to push out the Mexicans and the Yakuza. The Italians have a vested partner in Roman Pavanno, leaving him out of this would be for the betterment of all parties involved, no?" Raelyn spoke with such ease, Las Vegas had been one of the sights for her and the family ever since they had moved her, of course, it was something that their father had remained back in New York, maintaining some form of control there. It was good they had some form of control over in the East. It was out West that gripped their attention like one of those belly dancers, of course, that was something that her family didn't need to know and what wouldn't come out. Especially if they knew she had visited the MC, trying to get them out of this area before her Brother took some of his own measures. "If Leliana Pavanno and her family want to take measures, let them, she is not going to break us, nor is she going to come out here. Salvatore was shot and almost died because of love, he was...for a short of a better word, stupid. His life here means nothing, worse than nothing. Joseph Pavanno the same reason, except he ran and is now dead, for all we know, his kids are out there making something of the life their Poppa had. The Pavanno's are many and out there, growing, and festering for all we know." Her brother always provided the facts, it was very true when they researched the infamous family, having ties all over the place and some of the time, the Pavanno's associated with people that still worked with them today. One being the mentor to Charlie Pavanno, the founder of the very Dynasty that was fighting against them today, via proxy. It was almost fun for the family to realize what this was and how it could be, how they were going to war each of the big players in Vegas. Of course, her brother knew when it called for Peace, this is the very situation they could find themselves in and be worried about, for the future of their family. "Tariq if we do this, there is no going back, we're going to be enemies with the Pavanno's, we've already stepped on their toes with the MC, we go further, there will be blood and I am telling you, there is going to be no going back and how we go forward with it, this is going to be a fucking problem...." Raelyn met her older brother's eyes, she was never afraid, though she knew that the way they conducted business she should be. Only this time, she was hoping for some kind of relief, a moment where he took the facts and would be able to calm himself down, yet there was none of that, he met her eyes, cold as the brown in them. Lifeless, he had been that way for a while now and it truly scared her, wondering what had happened to bring her brother so low. "It won't be, put Saints on it again, set their warehouses on fire, send a message to the Aztecas this time. No drugs on our streets. Let it be the rule of the land, understood?" There was not a single tone in his voice that gave anything else away, her brother wasn't joking and for once, she was scared that he was going to kill her if she didn't comply. With a small bow of her head, the strong and in control captain that had shown up to the MC just hours ago was nothing in front of her brother who reduced her to a single peasant who bowed her head at his mere command. "Good, now we move on to the other business of the day..." |

After that meeting, Rae walked with bodyguards, they were always so silent and for a moment she was glad for it. Her brother could always be so different, a bit difficult and then there were times that left her wondering if he had ever felt something in regards to them. They were always meant to be something, a unit and yet she had maintained herself on the streets, she gave him the gangs that would always wish for a seat at their growing table. A unified mafia, unified gang meld into one. The Saints, it was a common fault of many people that her father was in control of the Saints and their name was the Saints. It was actually pretty nice for some anonymity and allowed her to move freely. Of course, there was a downside to that, introducing herself, the mere name Winston, it should have given some kind of indication and it never did, there was a silence about her name. Now she walked the streets, backed by some of the most powerful African American gangs in the country. Many being the Sixties and Barb-Town-Tribe, of course, they had shed the name of their past and assimilated into the new name for them all. The Saints, it brought a nice peace for all of them, with a smirk, they walked into money and riches. Given by her, obviously, it was her partner and brother that handled the political and federal side of things. Of course, Cops had never dealt with a family like them, being in charge had always left them with a bigger stick to swing around. "Boys, take me to Gino's, I have some business to handle." They all grunted in some form before finally, they reached the car and she stepped in, glancing out at Las Vegas. It was growing, along the way, they stopped by the building casino of Vegas, the Pavanno's crowning achievement. It was meant to be something of a great project for all the crews involved, except her family. Humming to herself, she focused ahead but already Rae was thinking about what was next. She would have some anarchy before long and it would be at the expense of the Fallen Angels MC. If they wished to play this game, it would be better for her, plus, she wanted to see how McGee could handle being in the seat against her... Explosive didn't even begin how to describe her plans... |

Finally, she arrived and she was not all that surprised to find some associates to her enemies, of course, she smiled at them and simply ordered herself a coffee before sliding in the seat. Already knowing that she was catching some glances as her guards soon took seats around her, it was clear she was of importance, yet the mafia born pricks wished for some kind of altercation... "Gentlemen..." Freezing, Rae turned her head ever so slightly and she noticed Roman Pavanno in all his glory, they bowed him, soon they were talking and she was left out, not even realizing that she was going to be meeting someone else real soon. It was already going to cause her a bit of a problem, yet the door to Gino's opened against and the air grew pointedly tense as a chuckle, a familiar echoed throughout the bar. "Roman, stop, now." Quinn was back it seemed, her eyes never leaving the form of Raelyn who simply ordered a burger. Of course, she had come out here to scope the competition, she wasn't going to keep herself tied down in such a fashion, her brother had his plans and this was one she was beginning to slowly put into place. Of course, the Italians and Roman were never apart of the plan, especially the third in command. It left her feeling surrounded but her guards more than equalled the odds her, she was going to be safe, she knew that much at the very least. "Cherie, we need to talk about you and talking, it seems almost limited." A growl echoed throughout the bar and it seemed like Gino's would be the first place where blood was spilt in the clear beef. Of course, her eyes focused on the menu before placing it down and putting a faux smile on her lips. She could very much see that the Irishwoman was not in the mood but it placed her in a greater mood seeing that Roman knew next to nothing about her. Hmm, either they were planning or the Irishwoman was keeping secrets, and Rae knew it was the latter. "Yer a bitch and you have the gall to step here, into our territory?" Tilting her head, showing that she was clearly having fun with this, it was pissing the redhead off and she knew that she would need to get back control if she could, this was going to spiral if they found out about the hit. "This is the business of Smithy, a Las Vegas Mob member, who is currently doing business elsewhere. The Fallen Angels, Asians or Pavanno's have no business here. So you lass are fibbing, I believe that is the correct term, hm? Now, I do believe you squandered your choice to join the winning team....you can go now." Rae watched her, her eyes narrowing in pure excitement, loving the rush of power that fed her during this moment as finally she sat back down and watched the Irishwoman, along with her cohorts leave the bar for right now. "Sir," she asked turning to the bartender. He gave her a small smile and she bowed her head with a faux blush. "May I use your phone? |

Moments later and a few snacks, Gino's was filled with Saints and it seemed like the call had come through, of course, there was going to be no bloodshed here. The Winstons were many things and yet even they knew taking on the Las Vegas Mob was nothing short of suicide and even then, it was something that involved Issei, so maybe taking on the Asians in this was out of the question. "Yo Rae, what's this? We've been laying low since the attack, I ain't trying to get killed by these backwards fucks." Sighing, she forgot how hard it was to work with some of these guys, they were organized when given direction but if left alone, they would resort to their old ways. Of course, it was up to her to make sure they would be able to slowly bring about the play of the Winstons game and luckily there were a chosen few. Of course, it didn't stop the idiots from getting their say, which wasn't what she even wished to promote right now. She was trying to make sure her brother got his orders through to them, so she stood and silenced them all with a look, her Bodyguards going back out to the car as she directed them all to sit down for now. The Bartender having gone away, for now, leaving him to do whatever he did. "Your job is to set the Pavanno's against the Aztecas and vice versa, by doing this, you are going to plant the bodies of various Pavanno allies at their casino. after that, you are going to make sure that we slowly inch our way into Vegas. We make the Aztecas the same deal we did to The Fallen Angels and through that, we make sure that we can bring about a wedge between the three factions at large here. " Of course, it would further split up the MC, being that Roman would most likely side with his family and having gotten close to them it would play into the beloved democracy as Happy was one of the few people that had an alliance with the Aztecas via the VP Canche, it was something that she would need to work on if she could. "Got that?" They all hummed at the very least, not really bothered by what they would be doing, it was going to be an odd little moment for all the parties involved when the Winstons finally revealed their hands but for now, they would play it by proxy and if the Saints could do it well, then there was going to be a way for them to swoop in and take the Casino right from the Pavanno family. "Get to work, and lovelies, make sure that we have no way of this biting you in the ass. We need to make sure that this stays within the house of the Aztecas, got that?" Like mindless dogs they barked at her command before taking the bags from the bodyguards who walked back in and it brought a smile to her face, she would finally get to see some carnage and it would be needed after being faced with her brother. For now, she would have her guards walk her out and wait for the call on the results... |

Both Roman and Happy stood side by side, just outside on the lot, a bit away from the clubhouse, being back here didn't feel hollow but they didn't feel any better. Currently, Mike was resting up inside, he was going to be fine but they were playing it safe, keeping him out of sight, as far as the Winstons were concerned he was dead and Happy hadn't given them any info on their new enemy, of course, it was slowly coming together, Issei had found something out. Informing that Elijah was only a figurehead for the true boss, Tariq Winston, a man whose mother died when he was but a teenager and soon he founded the family business, getting into Heroin and allying himself with various partners across the world. Mainly a group in Russia known as the Six-Five, they were not important as they were going through their own internal situation. Yet it would lay the foundations for what the Winston family would become, an empire, with nothing but a family in key parts and various gangs playing the role of Soldiers, it was a good plan but when the only Family knew what was going on the in the street, it left a little to be desired but that was not for the MC to inform the enemy of, it was better for them to exploit. For now, they had a mole inside the Winstons. "Angel coming soon?" Happy grunted, it was a smart plan and something they would have wished for the Winstons to know but for right now, they were going to make sure that this hit them back, harder. "Good, then we figure out Raelyn, you said her name was, right? If we can figure her out, we know her role. People have called her an Advisor, yet if they know about us, they wouldn't have attacked. Either they're run by a dog or someone who truly believed that his men would not fail a hit..." Happy nodded, lifting a smoke to her lips as she lit it, they both heard the roar of motorcycles and saw the Aztecas arriving on their lot. The FALIN Charter brothers letting them through the gates with ease as they stopped, giving them small smiles as they embraced like long lost brothers. It was an odd sight and one that had been needed for all the parties, giving them a brief moment of peace for right now. "So, what's this about turning around the tides, we've all been wondering if a new player was going to come in and fuck shit up. It seems none better than the entire Winston family, Avarea is prepared to hit the entire family, one go and even then, I am prepared for the blowback." Nodding, Happy would have been okay with that but they injured the prince, this had to be personal and already they would have a Winston in their grasps. "Yeah but that's like letting Da' handle the problems, let us do it. Raelyn Winston, a Shot-Caller and we're going to get her in our hands by week's end..." |

"You look like shit, brother..." Looking up from his paperwork, most of it was some dock work, making sure the right people were on the job. If anything, Issei could handle it and be done with assigning the correct people. He offered the seat opposite him as she stepped into his office. His kutte resting on the chair behind him as he gave her a small glance, something that would have been noticeable as a grimace made itself noticeable then. "Shit, still hurting brother? Alright, sit down, need any help?" His sister helping him would have rung a lot of alarm bells but they were not in New York anymore and it was certainly something that would have brought them a scolding on behalf of their parents but Brida was here with him in Vegas, no more parents. "Just sorting out pay, production openings and getting the correct people, good with numbers?" She glared at him before taking the work and deciding that he was being an ass, of course, it made him chuckle, moments like this were always rare with one another. Considering the drama that had been coming up one after another, it proved that shit like this was always going to come in and prove itself a little different, yet the Marx family stuck together like glue most times. "You're an ass, by the way, you want to tell me why Uncle Marsh sent over a few of his patches, seems like he's trying to prepare for something, hm?" She gave him a pointed look and he shrugged it off, humming, knowing that she was prying and it was not going to be good for either of them if he gave her that info. If anything, it was safer she remained here and did the numbers. Of course, before he could even lay back, catching some much-needed rest his sister sighed, pushing the paperwork back... "What? Don't tell me your pouting?" She glared, even harder than before as he realized that he had fucked up but she only gave him a single raised brow before passing him back the work. "I'm done." He narrowed his eyes, no fucking way, he gave her a small look before taking the work and sure enough, she was done. His pregnant sister had done what usually takes him a solid ten or twenty minutes... "How would you like a permanent job, sister?" |

Stepping outside, Happy embraced Canche, this was going to be the moment where the Winstons realized where they had overplayed the hand. Glancing back at Roman, they had agreed they had to let their informant get his way for right now. The damage done to the Casino politically would have to be taken, there was no doubt in their mind, of course, that all set up what would come next and it would be the Aztecas part in their play. Losing their street boss, it would damage Tariq, he would have no one else and it would cripple the bastards within the Winstons, considering business, it brought a smile to their lips as they all realized, without his sister and the presence of her on the streets, it would be a slow slipping fall to where revolts broke out to see who should begin their reign as the next Street Boss for Tariq. No one was better than the family he was surrounding himself with. "You contacted Issei and Leliana, let them know the plans?" Hap turned, asking Roman, the two had grown closer and there were signs of mending between the two officers of Michael Marx. Something that many people didn't think would have been possible for all the Angels, of course, now the common enemy was in their way and was proving to be capable, they would cripple them and it would bring Tariq begging. "Aye, of course, she's sending someone over to make sure that we can keep this a bit under wraps and make sure that we clear out the enemy before long, aye?" Of course, she was, Happy didn't mind the extra help but if it was anything like Roman, it might be a spit on the patch they had all earned, of course, it seemed like Roman sensed that and sent her a small glare before they both turned to Canche. Giving him a nod before Roman too embraced and sent him to complete his phase in the plan. This was the long con and for a moment, they all knew, it was going to be a long while before they could finally see the light at the end of this tunnel. |

Setting up this meeting, it was not something that she believed would take time and she had proved herself right. The Aztecas had placed themselves in the perfect position, of course, they met in Symphony Park, it drew them out. A public setting at night, something that would at least deter either of them from trying anything. Raelyn wished for many things when she finally met the Aztecas, of course, for them to come at the time she specified had been one of them. Some people were able to make it, with a small smirk she reached forward and gripped the hand of Angel, he seemed to be a man of business. "When someone representing your kind of organization offers a sitdown, I like to know all my options, our current board of partners are not expressing opening their doors to you or your people..." Rae played her part, giving the elderly biker president a small smile. He knew how to catch someone and that was going to be something she needed to work with him on at the very least, with a smirk removing itself from her lips, she made sure that she could at least catch him with a refined smile, one that took him off the clear tension in the air. She knew that arriving here would take some kind of skill and finesse, to this part of the talk, she would need to play up her instincts well and make sure she gave him her best pitch. Of course, that would mean revealing a few things first, a secret for a secret. "An alliance is all we ask, Angel. My family, we wish to do business here in Las Vegas, we have seen the recent growth and transition, New York still has its go-to's and wondrous power to pull people in but the city of sin, that is something we want to see grow and make sure we can be apart of. We wish to see it grow with time." A sentiment, her brother did wish for the city to grow but under an influence that was his, he hated seeing themselves thrust out and placed on the backburner. Now it was time for them to rise, of course, the Aztecas wouldn't need to know that they were going to give them a little bit of a boost in getting there. "Raelyn, could you answer a single question then? One..." Once again, the smile remained in place and for a moment, Raelyn did believe she won the president over and yet it all stopped when she heard the shots... She turned her head and noticed the various men, the downed bodies of her useless bodyguards. She noticed the Angels and finally, the heard the cocking of a Pistol, turning back she noticed that it was Angel with a smirk plastered on his lips... "Did you really think you could waltz into Vegas and try to kill an MC President and walk away?" |

"Raelyn Winston, Captain, how are you?" Happy sat next to her now, it was clear that she was mocking her and with the fact that she was casually lighting up a smoke as she did so was clear in how lax she was, Yet her voice, it was almost demonic as she turned her head facing the young woman, the two of them almost had similar stories. "Listen, your brother has fucked up for the first and by the fucking will and order of the Fallen, his last time. He's incited the wrath of the angels, Konnor, The King, he's found your Da'." That got the woman's attention, her eyes narrowed on Happy something the biker simply smirked back at her. She was enjoying the fact that she was getting the feeling that she would lose her family, something Happy had to deal with when she heard the news of The Saints attacking Michael, it had proven to be a moment she did not want to go through again. Meeting her eyes with a smile as her lips thinned before she blew smoke in her face, turning her head then as it was clear that the woman wanted to do something. She was angry, she was stuck and she was in the position as their captive. She wasn't going to be leaving their care, not for a while. "So, listen, you're going to call Da' and you are going to drag your Brother back to New York, if not, we kill you." There it was, the coldness of the Irish and Quinn turned her smile into that of maniacal one that scared Rae, she was clearly believing that this was something which would have cost her nothing. "My brother-" "Is a fool and an idiot, of course, we know the dynamics, nothing comes into Las Vegas that we don't have a hand in or we don't do ourselves. So listen, Rae-Rae, you're coming with us and from there, we'll see how far your family falls into chaos..." Raelyn smirked and simply nodded, her brother was many things but they were about to see just how...minor she was to the plans he had, sure, she had a hand in the streets and soldiers but her brother always had a second, he had too, right? The doubt in her mind continued until she felt a sudden blunt pain and her vision swam as she stared up at the Irish biker, growling before another sharp blunt pain hit her head. Soon after, she was in a sea of black and the only she could do was breathe.... |

"She's in the room, secured, I have the prospects and Oak watching her, she's not going anywhere." Nodding his head, Michael was getting back to business, his sister was running the finance side of things and at least, it would give her a job and he could pay here with ease. She was correct, of course, they got some second opinions, making sure that she was in the best position to do her job. "Now we prepare, if this Winston didn't blink when it came to the business with the Russians, he has learned a lot and that means he is dangerous and those kinds of people are the worst to deal with in a war, their moves are unpredictable, I know that much." Smirking then, Michael could see how this would turn out and with assistance, maybe they would be able to get something out of this Raelyn, business with her brother seemed limited. "What kind of attitude did you get off of this Raelyn Winston? She as close as the reports say?" Mikey was already acting as he knew and Hap simply shook her head, pouring herself a glass of bourbon from his liquor cabinet. It was becoming an issue, something that brought tiny smiles to their faces. "Hm, she's useful then, the doubt would already set in. If she is the key to holding the street force together, he is not a threat on the streets. He's a threat politically and that means we have to start work with our Casino, immediately. Make the calls, we might be able to get ahead of him before it truly begins..." Hap nodded, smiling back at him as she took a sip, already walking out and heading to the phones. Back with Mikey, he had to bow his head, wondering if this was the life his father had always envisioned for the club... It was this now, a brotherhood, people came and people left but they had made it this way and Mikey wasn't going to let Tariq Winston tear it down... "It never ends Pops..." He sighed to himself, getting to work as he read over some papers, maybe someday, a faraway one, rest would come back... |
