With a nod Ethan dropped one of the flyers for his lotto back into the box that had been dropped off to his door at the Whisper's HQ.  Everything looked to be in order for him to revive the Lottery he once helped run, in what felt like another lifetime ago.  

"Rules drawn up, money in order and flyers printed! Now all I need is to just get my ass out there and announce this thing." 

After a quick look in the mirror, Ethan went out the door and made his way to a local street corner.  When he arrived he already found the news boy he'd hired to help pass out flyers there and ready to work. He tousled the boy's dirty blonde hair and said with a laugh, "Remember our deal, get rid of all these and there will be a bonus for for you." 

Ethan made his way to the busy street corner and jumped up on the decorative foot of the lamp post before clearing his throat.  His grey eyes looked out over the crowd of people, smiling as he spoke.

"Fellow businessmen and business ladies!  If I could steal your attention for a moment please.  It is with great honor and pride that I come to these streets today, to announce the launch of The National Lottery Association!"

He looked out over the crowd, watching as the young news boy put flyers into people's hands.

"The rules are fairly simple.  There are a list of numbers from 1 - 200, buying a ticket will allow you to claim one of these numbers.  You may purchase up to 10 tickets, each ticket will cost you 100K.  The same number may be claimed by multiple individuals.  Each ticket purchased will add to the total of the winning pot.  The weeks purchases will come to an end Sundays at 23:30GT.  The winning number will then be drawn using the PHP HotDice Number Tumbler at 1:00 GT."

Ethan spun himself around on the lamppost, looking out over the group of people gathered around. 

"How do you win?  That's simple enough! If one of the numbers you've claimed gets drawn from the HotDice number tumbler... you win!  If no one else has claim to that number, you win the full pot!  Now, if there are multiple people on that same number, the pot is split between those folks.  HOWEVER, if a number is drawn that is unclaimed... the pot carries over to the next week.  Buying a ticket is not hard, just have your accountant transfer the money to my account.  Make sure they include the numbers you want in a note included WITH the transfer.  Any choices not made via the note included with a money transfer will be returned to the sender."

Nearly finished Ethan jumped back down to the ground, passing out a few flyers himself.

"Now you can join us for a live drawing on Lounge radio, station #HotDice! But don't worry, I will come back here after every drawing to announce any winners and the next weeks pot!  Thank you all for listening, please grab a flyer for complete rules and good luck!"

Thomas Crown was sitting in his office, going over some of the questions that he was preparing to ask his next guest in his studio. Getting the most out of a guest, always required a bit of preparation. He liked to study the speeches of his guests, some of the things they have said publicly. And obviously, getting a deeper analysis of certain decision making. As he was going through his notes. His secretary knocks on the door. Sorry, Sir. I have a letter that was dropped off by EthanElijah. Its some sort of a competition. 

Thomas a bit deep in his work. Points her to leave it on the desk, as he continued to finish writing this thoughts. Once he was done. He had a sip from his whiskey cup and walks over to the other side of the desk. Where his secretary had left the pamphlet. Thomas leaned against his big desk. Took another deep sip of his fine scotch and started reading the paper. He could barely even finish sipping his whiskey, or rather this letter and he starts to ring the bell for his secretary. 

Hey, can you come inside for a second please. I think I have something I need wired to our friend over at the Whispers HQ. 

The secretary walks in and awaits for Thomas orders. What would you like me to do sir? 

Thomas looks up, finishing his drink and the paper. 

There is a bag behind that closet right there. On the left. It should have some cash in there. Have that brought down to the chauffeur please and have it sent to Ethan, right away.

Thomas looks at his empty cup and sets it down on the table. 

Looks like we have a Mafia lottery in the works. Don't want to loose out on such an opportunity. Just make sure you attach a note to the bag please. 

Thomas walks back around to the other side of the desk, and looks out his big viewing window. Looking down at the hustle and bustle of the city. He then walks over to the mini bar behind his chair, as he pours some more Scotch in his cup. While he's doing that. The secretary asks, anything else sir? Thomas finishes pouring his drink. 

I think we're good for now. Bring in those files for that shipment we got coming in next week. Lets see what we need to get ready for distribution. 

Thomas grabs his cup and takes his chair again. As the secretary walks out of his office with the duffle bag, on its way to Elijahs office. Thomas looks down at his notes once more. 

I hope I win this lottery. Should be fun. 

Thomas continues to get back to work. 

Ethan decided to stir some more interest in the Lottery by tossing out a few more flyers and updating the people on the current pot.  As he walked to his previous street corner, he shoved flyers into the hands of anyone willing to give him even half a second. 

"Hey all I won't take up a lot of your time!  I'm here only to give you all an update, the pot for the current lotto is $3.2 million, and remember the pot grows with each and every ticket purchased!  The drawing will still occur on the 22nd at 01:00 game time, with the purchase deadline being 23:30 on the 21st!  If you have any question on how the lottery works, please feel free to either examine the flyer in your hands, send a mail or call my way."

"It is with a sad heart I come out here today to announce that after the first and only drawing the lottery is now closed due to a lack of interest.  I made sure there was a winner this week by dividing the remaining available slots between the select people who bought tickets based on their percentage of total tickets purchased.  I would like to thank the few who supported the endeavor." 

Once Ethan finished Mr. Bot came out to announce that with a pull of 123, the winner of the lottery turned out to be STORM!
