Sera quickly realized the convenience of having her vehicle versus using public transportation. The time saved was a plus for her. To hop in and go meant she was able to get a lot more done. She was on a mission to explore the different businesses all over the US. Hands-on was the best method; the last thing she needed was to be clueless on what was what. It was part of her duties, which she was working on handling as useful as possible. One of her mottos was to put some Heart and Soul in everything that she did, and if she came up short, she just re-revalue and try again. Today she decided to head to Chi for a few hours. In a small window of time, Sera had loads of fun traveling on the mini road trip. It was the scenery and the city sounds of nature that were very therapeutic for her. One keynote, she realizes once again, was that bars and coffee shops were super popular places, no matter the location. Her mind was percolating full throttle as she ventures into a small Italian Diner to grab a bite to eat. The diner food got good reviews by food critics and one of the janitors at the headquarters named Percy. Percy was on the money, and Sera made a mental note to do something nice for him when she got some free time. A few hours later, as she returned to the Inner City, she noticed an older motorist couple stranded alongside the road. Sera stops to assist them. The couple was William and Vesper Jeffersons. Mister Jefferson was a realtor and gave Sera his card and a private list of properties for sale below the asking prices. When she got home, Sera carefully looks over the list; nothing stuck out but a multi-entertainment complex with a movie theater part of the deal. Now that was something she could see herself investing in. It was a once in lifetime kind of deal. The next morning, Sera gets in touch with her realtor friend, and the two make arrangements for Sera to tour it privately. She fell in love with it immediately. At that very moment, Heart and Soul were born. A couple of weeks later, she was the proud owner of her entertainment complex, which she called Heart and Soul Complex, which felt just right. The complex was in the historic district of Midtown and consist of five sections or buildings. The location was a prime spot to it all. That Sera made sure to purchase the two other adjacent areas she would use for expansion-wise at the last minute. Sera's main focus was on the movie theater part to get the ball rolling.

Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock. Sera glances at the clock on the wall. She rubs her temple; she was starting to get a slight headache. She sighs softly and wonders where did the time go? “Hmm, what was Time? Is it a paradox?” She murmurs out loud. “Was she wasting her time?” “Damn it; she was studying too much. “ But the good thing is, she hired staff for theater. Yawning, Sera gets up and settles on the office leather sofa, and takes a small catnap. She needed the extra boost; she had back-to-back meetings to attend in a little bit.
