After a long (and I mean long, long, long) deliberation, the new HelpDesk team has been selected. Before I can officially announce these names, there are a few materials I have to prepare for the new team. This will be taking place through this week and weekend, so please stay tuned, and for all applicants- please make sure to keep an eye on your mailbox! You will be hearing from me very soon.

I want to thank everyone for their patience throughout this entire process. You have all been gems. It's been a rough couple of weeks on my end, but I am glad to say I am extremely excited for those who will be joining the staff ranks soon enough. :)
