To enoucrage people to be more active and engaged, maybe we can get prowess bonuses.  Eg. when you reach 100% you get exp, maintain 100%+ for x amount of days you get exp, get 200% even more experience bonus, etc.

Just a thought.

Exp is basically a state o mind after made man, because after that, your CL promotes you.

This is probably hard to code and I can't really find anything beneficial because usually if your prowess is 100%  or 200%, then you have enough 'exp' to level up anyway. I really can't find a point in this that outweighs the fact that it might be hard to code.

Prowess has nothing to do with ranking though... You can still rank with a prowess less than 100. Prowess is just how hard you are working measured up to those of the same rank as you.

I would think that the experience given when you vote and complete achievements on top of what you earn by doing petties are sufficient bonuses. Work hard enough, vote often enough, it helps..

What you're suggesting will only cheapen rank MORE by making it even EASIER to rank without doing much.
