Godfather -Premeir, I couldn't agree more with your sentiments. However the decision to halt publication of the Knuckle was made by Chuckle, not by Godfather Roman. Godfather Roman had made requests to Chuckle out of consideration to another city that we have good business relations with, however ceasing the paper's publication was not one of them. Had scrapping the paper been a direct order by Godfather Roman, I would have put a halt to this petition myself despite personally being a fan of the Knuckle. Be that as it may, it was Chuckle's decision to put the paper to rest and his alone, not out of spite but out of consideration to all of the combined elements and factors involved.

It is my understanding that Godfather RoRoG approached Godfather Roman like a gentleman regarding his concerns, Godfather Roman made a fair request to Chuckle, and Chuckle made a noble decision to step down as editor as a result of certain restrictions. Claims of over-sensitivity are a matter of opinion that I was happy to see absent from this petition for the most part, as there is no need for them, they are not fact-based, and not constructive to bringing the paper back which appears to be the goal.

Most likely this petition will not bring the Chuckle Knuckle back anyways, but I do think it speaks volumes to the level of appreciation that the majority of This Thing of Ours had towards Chuckle's work and effort. I think it's safe for me to speak for Chuckle in saying that the appreciation is reciprocated.

Pardon my rambling on, but I felt the need to clarify and address Godfather -Premier's concern and hopefully shed some light on any misunderstandings.

While I agree that no one would want to go against an order from Godfather Roman, let's keep in mind that Godfather Roman never ordered the removal of such paper. In fact, from what I know, he loves the paper and was sad with the decision Chuckle made even though he respected his decision.

Even though! Another paper is going to resurface on Monday! I'm still a big fan of the Chuckle Knuckle. I wish it came back to its return. So let me say my Aye!

But, everyone needs to understand that Chuckle wants to do his paper HIS way. I would did the same thing if people told me to change it. It's his decision. And, a pention in my mind won't make any difference of bringing it back. That's all I wanted to say.
