Location: Pete's Diner located on 5th ave in Detroit

You hear a woman's voice with a slight philly accent speaking as she sits besides you at the counter in the cafe relaying her tale to the waitress. She is about 5'4" with a short brown bob, petite and thin, with eyes that could pierce into your soul. She is wearing a trench coat over navy dress with suitcase down at her feet. She sips on a cop of coffee.

"So the plane turns off the tarkmak yeh know and pulls into the gate, and BAM! I'm here in Detroit." She laughs brushing some bangs from her face. "I grabbed my lone suitcase and hailed myself a cab. I didn't know where to go or what to do, I only knew what my mama, God rest her soul, always told me." She mimics her mothers thick accent. "Nora my dear! Yous a pretty girl, and yeh looks don't last yeh foreva, lookat me! So use em while you got em alright?" She smirks at the memory of her beloved mother and glances out the window. "Mama was good woman, sweet as pie and kind to everyone. She raised me well, I missed her to much to stay in Philly, So I hopped myself a jetplane and wound up here." Nora looks down to her coffee cup. 

The waitress who has been quietly listening speaks, "What happened to her? Your mother?" Nora looks up from cup to the woman, "Allergies."  The waitress looks a bit perplexed but proceeds anyways, "You mean she passed to an allergic reaction?" Nora lifts her coffee cup to her lips, "Yeh," She takes a sip of hot java, "To lead... between the eyes."  The waitress goes pale as a sheet and walks away in shock. Nora a goodnatured young woman smiles a bit and takes another sip of her coffee. She then switches her gaze to you.  

"How yeh doin? The names Nora. Hopes I didn't scare you away." She laughs warmly with a bright smile on her face. "Guess you probably overheard I'm new here, Shhh It's a secret. Just kiddin'.  To be honest. I don't know what brought meh here, but I'm here so life is grand.  Got mehself a little apartment over a deli, ah shucks it's cute as can be." There is a slight pause. "Alright yeh got me, place is a dump but the rent is fine! Soon enough it will home sweet home yeh know? Yeh it will." Nora gives a small sigh then smiles over to you. "So who are you?" Her bright eyes look expectantly at you as her radiant face glows.  Are you drawn to speak?
