An young slick looking gangster approaches an large abandoned complex on the edge of the 12th Street District in Detroit. He lights up a cigarette, while a few men exit the truck behind him and open up the large gate.

"Let's go boys, we got work to do!".

As the men make their way through the main building of the old station, they find the office spaces. At the end of the hall is a big wooden door with a glass panel and some old scribbled writing in paint. After a few moments the writing was saying "Station Master". Inside the office wasn't much, an old shabby desk, a chair and a few file cabinets. Andy sits down on the chair behind the desk while the another man opens the window.

"Well, looks like this is my new office. So much work to turn this place into a real business. Bruno, please let the foreman. I want the office floors done first once we know the integrity of the building structure is in check and safe for use.".

After some more thinking Andy leaves the office , aiming to see the hub. Once there we were greeted by a empty room and some ran down ticket booths. Many ideas and designs were going through his mind taking notes on a notebook. Moving on past the ticket booths he went out on the platforms. The passengers part of the station wasn't the biggest. It only had 3 platforms, but if was sufficient. Returning to his new office, Andy notices something weird about the painting frame behind the desk, it had hinges. Behind the frame there was empty space.

"Hmm.. this looks like a perfect place for a small safe" thinks Andy, noting down everything in his notebook.

Buried in paperwork and files, Andy looks at his watch. It's well passed midnight and everyone had gone home besides him and Bruno. "Alright, it's time to go home for the day. Tomorrow we're checking the freight area, warehouses and the depots." They pack up and close the place, driving back into the heart of the 12th Street.

So much of Detroit industry had ground to a halt at Jack's passing. Buildings, businesses, and storefronts more often than not had an unfinished appearance, as if a clock had wound down somewhere and frozen the whole town in time.

Elle wasn't sure where she'd find @AndyCampo . After a few calls, though, someone told her he still visited the Railroad Company offices. Whether he was there to resume construction plans, or simply there to reflect, no one knew. Elle collected the address and had one of her men drive her to the site.

"Andy?" The echo of her voice bounced back to her as she wove her way through small piles of residual construction material. The place looked completed, but hadn't yet opened to the public.

"Over there, Ma'am." The beast of a man accompanying her, Tony, pointed at a frosted-glass door that read OFFICEElle ignored the fact that he'd just called her 'Ma'am', Tony had been acting strangely ever since Runa's passing, and all Elle could do was hope that he snapped out of it soon. The over-the-top, newfound professionalism was driving her up the wall.

"Andy?" Elle knocked, then twisted the knob. It was unlocked, and beyond it, Andy sat at a desk strewn with papers. When he looked at her, she gave him serious face while Tony folded his arms and stood behind her, looking as menacing as ever.

"I guess you know what you've done." Elle's hand slid slowly inside her coat, and she pulled out a dagger, one that looked as if it had come from The Orient. Good God, was she going to stab him to death right here in his office? But why? Jack's death had been brutal on them all, maybe she'd lost her marbles and was going to take them all down, one by one. As he watched, she slit her palm with the blade, then extended it, and the dagger, towards him. The sound of her blood pattering down on his documents was the only sound in the room, until she spoke again.

"You've gone above and beyond, Andy Campo. Where others have fled back to Philly, or retired, you've stuck it out with me here in Detroit. You've worked your ass off, doing anything you could to help the crew keep going in a crisis. I'm proud to have you as a member, and I'm proud to honor you with the rank of Made Man, if you'll accept it. Blood in, blood out." The dagger hovered there, blade extended handle-first towards him as Elle's blood continued to flow, and she waited to see if he would take the oath by mingling his own blood with hers.
