"Lets get at 'er" Wayne said to his old friend and new overlord Kaya. The plans had been laid and today was the day. Due to unfortunate circumstances, Biscuit needed to head back to the old country. The details weren't discussed, but it was clear that Kaya had a need that only Wayne could fill.

Not like that, ya pervs. Not even Wayne was hillbilly enough to go toe curlin' with his niece.

Wayne had grown accustomed to sitting out front by the produce stand, drinking puppers and smoking squares. In general he had become a bit lazy, and was starting to pudge out a bit. It was a welcome sight when Kaya came to him and asked him to fuckin' figure it out and get back on the proverbial horse.

The pair made their way downtown to make the announcement to the other degens down there. Wayne was wearing his finest flannel and even changed out of his barn boots and into his fancy boots. It was a wondrous sight.

"Ladies and gents, I am sad to announce that our beloved buttery brother, Biscuit, will no longer continue operations in Bella Vista as a crewleader. He will be stepping down in the coming days (after making sure his family is taken care of, naturally) and I will be taking his place, per the instructions our socially awkward lego fearing fearless Uwumother. While not my original intention when coming to Bella, I am happy to have been given this chance to work alongside her and the other wonderful districts of Philadelphia. I will not disappoint.

I will be bringing along Berzerk with me to the new family to assist with integrating any of Biscuit's former members who wish to make the transition with me. He's been nothing but excellent for Biscuit and it has not gone unnoticed by myself, nor Kaya. It will be an honor to have him along for the ride.

Our headquarters will be located in the Agricultural Hall, just outside of town. The family will be called Figure it Out." 

Wayne stood there in front of everyone awkwardly and waited for Kaya to say her bit.

Kaya looked at her uncle, who was very much white, and then looked over herself, who was very much Asian, before nodding and thinking this makes perfect sense. She let her socially awkward nature get the best of her as she let a few silent beats pass before speaking, addressing the crowd after Wayne.

"Wayne has pretty much said it all and I won't take up much of your time, but I would just like to take this opportunity to thank Biscuit, Touch_Of_Evil, and BerZerk for being amazing people to have run the district with the past few weeks. They've been nothing but helpful and proactive in helping the growth of Philadelphia. I am sad to see Biscuit step out of the spotlight but happy to have him back home with me soon. Thank you for being you, my doughy friend.

Of course, many thanks to Wayne as well for stepping up. I have no doubts he will usher in a great, albeit slightly weird, era in Bella Vista. I will always be here supporting him in whatever he needs. Not in a weird way."

With an awkward smile, Kaya backs away from the crowd slowly and runs back to her coven to do witchy things or whatever.

It was certainly a sad state of affairs that Biscuit had felt the need to step down, however it was also a time of joy and many congratulations to you, Wayne, in receiving the authorisation to go bold and be a leader.  I pass on my best wishes from not only myself, but those in Corktown.  I hope you prosper and make lots of money for your family.  

Dino nodded, pleased with how things sometimes turn out. Despite a horrible day, sometimes, good things happen.
