A briefcase with a code Started by: Tammy on Apr 03, '21 08:23

She placed the soapbox steadily in the soggy grass. The splushing sound echoed back from the trees over the damp grass of the park. Tammy stepped on top of the box and hardly made any yells when the soapbox sank an inch further into the mud.

I know you want an explanation for why I am standing here, she started..

I understand the scarcity of vanilla pods plays a major role in this, but first of all I would like to express my sincere gratitude about the fact that, at least in the eyes of one wealthy man or woman, our custard enterprise has become so valuable that he has spent either a part or all of his.. or her.. wealth to have my name placed on the hitlist, right next to Avocato's.

She paused to see if she could spot Avocato in the crowd, as she had not congratulated them yet with the establisment of their own crew in Detroit. At first glance, she did not, so she continued.

I stand here with an offer.

Tammy turned around, graciously squatted, and took a briefcase from the grass that she had placed next to the soapbox before she had stepped upon it. Unlocking the briefcase, she gave the spectators a look of what was inside and said

I present you..

This reward

Of course, she continued, a reward would not be a reward if there was not something one had to do for it.. In this case, the only thing I want is information. And proof. Genuine proof.

Tammy lowered the suitcase, to draw attention back to her words.

Please note that I take this matter extremely seriously. And consequences of frauding evidence could be severe..

She raised her index finger, quickly adding

Unless it's so clearly fake that it makes me chuckle, of course..

She cleared her throat and continued

In the past, we have often seen that a hitlister is so fond of the hits they placed, or the description they added to it, that they feel they have to share it with a third party. I am looking to meet that third party.

The person bringing me the undisputed evidence I require about who has placed the hit of one hundred million dollars on my head will get the code to unlock the briefcase I just presented. Of course, you can approach me right here, right now, in the middle of the soggy grassland, but I would totally understand it if you approach me in private.

Tammy stepped off of the soapbox and laid the briefcase down on it.
