Ivy asked the wolf-head goggled-wearing man, looking back at his banner that seemed to be flying in the wind behind them. Something that caused Issei to smirk gladly, he was ready to go out there and bring the word out there, what was going to come, what was right for the world!

OPPAI! 

Clearing his throat, he turned his head back to face Ivy, raising a brow with ease, he noticed that she had a smirk on her face, probably expecting something like this from him of all people. Even if his devotion, Is that what it could be called? Was something that not most people seemed to realize was real and true. 

"Yes, the word of the Oppai and its Legion should be spread. From the West to the East, the only true way is Oppai!"

Shaking her head, it was seemingly clear that Ivy was almost regretting this, he and this obsession shifted between Oppai and Oreos, she almost had to wonder if this was any better. 

"Right, obviously, of course. Anyway Issei, in all seriousness, I'm trusting you. You've been with us for a long while and now this is where that trust is rewarded. You've earned a place that denotes your success and trust in all that we've done here. I am proud of the person you have become, leading is something I think will come very easily to you, I cannot wait to see it happen, do Vegas proud..."

Bowing his head and grateful, Issei would have to collect his Legatus, The Hunk, Revan, seriously, how could he not pick someone like that? The number of women alone that would join his ha- Nevermind that, he shook his head, turning on his heels, he looked up to the banner, the pair of Oppai flying in the wind...

"It's time to March..."

And so they did, setting off and knowing that this was the next adventure for all of them...."
