Ladies an Gentlemen as you know we in Detroit seem destined to do everything the hard way after the recent death of Benton_Frazer, Detroit finds itself once more authing another Captain. Someone that has helped push the city to where it is today and I hope in his new role he will continue his fine work. Today I unveil Guiseppe as the newest Captain in Detroit.

This man has been my rhm for a long time and has worked tirelessly ensuring the smooth running of the city. I am confident that there is no better candidate to help take the city forward and i look forward to see all that you will achieve.

Its great to see you're still about my friend. Detroit has done really well under you and yet you still continue to show it can grow and grow. I know you've had a rough time since the war and during the war. You lost a couple of guys and then after the war your captain struck down by the gods. You show great resilience and your city still pulls through and then you auth another to let it continue to grow.

With that said, Guiseppe I know you've been in Detroit for some time and I am sure all the hardwork you've put in has now paid off. Congratulations my friend and I wish you the very best in Detroit. I can't wait to see what you have in store for that very fine city that has close history with my bloodline.
