He looks back at the Headquarters with a smile on his face, he turns to the small crowd now forming. A moment that he had read about in journals, the anticipation of actually announcing his own family. Nerves started to creep in but he gathered himself before speaking.

A small gaudily painted car screechs around the corner on 2 Wheels, the exhaust puffing out smoke rings. Bangra music can be heard pumping from inside. Guiseppe has just finished his speech when the car comes to a sudden stop by the kerb. A clown folds himself out of the sunroof dressed in a black plastic raincoat. He jumps onto its roof.

The top of the rain coat just reaches his thighs which are showing off a skin tight pair of moleskin knee length boots.
