I don’t understand why the whisper is under general management, and not something you can do in your profile page. And it just being a single box that small, can’t see it all in one, can’t check for spelling and punctuation, and is a pain. 
 

My suggestion is to move it to the profile page, and make the text move a little bigger, so we can see all of what we write.
