Followed by a few unwanted boos, Alexei smacked his lips and a few Russian Bratva gangsters kept the onlookers quiet.

"The first order of business is reopening the Casino; Das Kapital. In the coming of days, expect the Iron Bank to reopen as well for those who may need private loans.

Finally, if you have any problems with the State claiming Las Vegas, idi na khuy sebya."

Alexei jumped back into the vehicle to return to Das Kapital.

That's what the Soviets were known for, if he had came out and announced his own Soviet brand it would've been met with a different reaction entirely.
