After a long peaceful break from the streets, BlackHat decides he’s had enough of the retirement lifestyle. He’s tired of hearing birds tweeting and the same bullshit being on TV all the time. He has realised what he loves most is being amongst the action and most of all earning some big bags of cash...

Retirement wasn’t for him so he decided to book a train into the notorious city of Philadelphia to look for some work. Upon arriving after a few days he caught the eye of a local crew leader named ‘Velvet’ who is a serious player now in the streets. Her crew is named ‘Rosenthal’ based in The Old City District, other big key players such as the sophisticated Ghostbuster and the blood hungry Touch_Of_Evil are also in the crew. Black Hat was now where he belonged again. 

After a long day hustling in the streets, BlackHat decided it was time to go home to rest for the night and that he did. While driving home he remembered hearing that Shredder had a batch of the rarest weed around so he grabbed some of that first and then made his way.

After a few hours of relaxing, as he was about to light his blunt, he heard gun shots ringing around the neighbourhood. He went for a walk to check things out and stumbled upon blood dripping down the street into the gutter. Houses was shot up and windows had been shot up. Peoples cars had been sprayed with high calibre machine guns. it looked like WW3 had just taken place.  He had no idea what was happening so went back home and locked his door, instantly went to his safe and grabbed his pistol which was a fully loaded 357. Magnum. After it all ends he decided to make a phone call to see if he could find out any information. He made a phone call to his boss (Velvet)

He found out that a war has broken out between many factions which involved LA and LV crews dead and got told to lay low. If he is needed he will be called upon. 

BlackHat wasted no time in attacking HQs once the crews was dead, as he knows this is one of the best ways to make fast level progress, BlackHat loves money and with good level progress the cash flow will be big in no time and he knows it.
