I wanted to take time to grieve for my dear friend Rico who has been an asset to New Orleans before coming out to talk to you all.  I believe at the same time I grieve i should look to the future, and build in his honour as well as those who have put faith in me.  Am i hear to talk about how Rico died, of course not thats an internal matter and the coroner Doctor Krippin ruled an accidental death.

The truth is simple though, theres one way out of this life of ours and it's up to us what we leave on this world.  I believe as a legitimate business man attempting to grow a business you have to take some chances and this simply is another one of them.  I believe in two things the more power you have the more you can improve society around you and secondly the more power gained the more chance people will listen to you

What are my plans? quite simple. As the head of The Amalgamated Cotton Pickers Union I aim to improve the working condition of those in the cotton industry, improve the training opportunities for future employees, increase recruitment to the industry and help provide safe transport for the products.

Will the changes be immediately visible you ask? no.  I believe change takes time and no matter how hard you work problems occur.  Daily i receive missing pictures posted to me, and realise you can only change people one at a time; if someones gonna do something stupid to someone else you can't always stop them.  Do i feel is a  big task ahead fo me? of course.  In a time of shortage of labour, mercenarys  from the NPM society floating round for the highest payer of course things will be slow but sometimes thats better.

Slow growth means someone can know their employees better, learn their skills and apply them better.  Sometimes growing too fast makes you lose sight of what you aimed for and realise what you now have you cannot control.  Delegating tasks, and sectioning staff into various units mean we can produce a better employee and further increase potential employees.

EvilClown was taking a stroll with one of his favoured little friends when he notices a large wagon parked at the side of the road with a man making wild gestures standing next to it. Before he has time to listen what the man is saying his obsessive compulsive disorder kicks in and his mind reels with the possibilities of what the acronym ACPU could stand for...

Looking down at his little friend he gently pats him on the head.

"If I catch you any where near that pygmy union man BoBo I will personally skin your hairy back and make it into slippers. Do I make myself clear?"

It is at this point EvilClown recognises it is his friend BeachBum that is gesticulating, sticking a finger into his good ear and cleaning out a large globule of wax he listens in.

Plainly aware BeachBum is spouting meaningless propaganda for the masses, he sends BoBo over with a hastily written congratulations card. It is clear that some maniac has made BeachBum a new bold suit and he doesn't want to interrupt his random diatribe.

Beachbum takes the card looks at it breifly before nodding in EvilClown-s direction.

A curious, and rather brave young mafioso manages to take a quick look at the card before it vanishes into Beachbums pocket. He is instantly sick on the floor, falls over and is crushed to death under the passing wheels of runaway milk float.

As BigEasy walked towards Beachbum to deliver his firm hand shake and congratulations he noticed the tragic death of a young mafioso, damn runaway milk floats. After taking a deep breathe BigEasy decided he could not face whatever it was that young mafioso witnessed, his congratulations would have to wait for another time.

Bonaserita saw group of people listening to one New Orleans mafioso. When he finished Bonaserita went to him shook his hand and said

I read about you in my ancestors journals and from that i can see that you will do New Orleans proud. Congradulations my friend. I wish you long and prosperous run.

Congratulations BeachBum. I wish you the best of luck even though i am sure you don't need luck to succeed. You are surrounded by some of the best people the city of New Orleans has to show and with you as their leader succes is a sure thing.
