Google have pulled the curtain back on Google+ (or Google Plus), a social network designed to go toe-to-toe with Facebook while emphasizing something Facebook doesn't: privacy.

This site looks great so far and I have only been on half hour or so, it is currently in a test mode where only invited people can get on and I only went and got myself a bloody invite!

Eh people say it is just like facebook, bahaha bore me later FB is lame, you have a billion friends you never speak to and the privacy settings over their are easily beaten.

Google + will focus more on select groups and circles for you to allocate people in, you will be able to share things, chat and even video chat within your circles, it is all looking very posh and confusing at the moment.

"Google+ will only be available to a select few users to start, but those users will be able to invite others into the program (much like how Gmail was when it first started up, and almost every other Google beta afterward)."
