I recently just built my PC. Very happy how it turned out. I wasn't able to score a 3080, almost grabbed me a 3060 however, it got sold out even while sitting in my online shopping cart. Anyways, here's my specs:

TurtleTheTiger - oooh yeah I wish I got the 2080, but that was a major jump in price difference, pretty much the cost of the 30 series so I figured to just get the 2060. Still plays Cyberpunk 2077 nicely, no glitches. 

Yeah Micky - the 2080 was honestly a dumb move on my part, but at the time the 30 series wasn't even a thing yet and I wanted something beastly. Gets the job done very well though! No complaints at all.

No glitches in Cyberpunk? Hahahahahaha! That's the best joke I've heard all week!

TurtleTheTiger My favorite is when he's smoking a cigarette that's 6 feet away from his mouth. The worst glitch I've seen yet in the game was walking through the city with zero NPC's. Creepy

Brain - ooh we have the same keyboard. I definitely wish it had a number pad, yet at the same time I appreciate the fast keys. 

My PC was new last Aug, just before the 3000's cards came out. 

Ryzen 7 / 16gb RAM / 2070 graphics / 2 x 27inch Acer FreeSync Monitors. It does all I need and more!

Run of the mill mouse mat, size of my desk almost and a keyboard that does it job!

Headset is USB based, nothing fancy in brand, but do intend to upgrade. Want something louder(I have hearing loss) - again though it does the job and good for a chit chat with my pals. 

Velanidi - nice, Ryzen 7 is sweet, my 2060 runs pretty well too so no complaints, I think anything above a 1060 is decent enough. I have hearing loss too. Tinnitus ._.

FishTheKitty Ooooh you scored the card I wanted. Respect. That frenzy was crazy. I like Razer, it's good. 

My computer back home is old!! It has an i5-4690 and an Nvidia GTX 980 ti. But that is the PC I put together. I have two monitors, one 1080p and the main one is 1440p, Dell and HP respectively. My logitech z623 2.1 speakers were really good for their size. For storage, I have a 512GB samsung EVO pro for my OS/apps, 1TB samsung EVO for games, and a 2TB HDD for media storage/old games. The PC is definitely showing its age, but did well for five years of daily gaming. I moved out of state and left it at my parents last spring, but I ask my mom to turn it on every so often to keep my SSDs from losing data. :P My main regrets are not getting a better CPU and not getting a bigger case. I also stuck with the stock CPU fan which was a Choice I Regret. Next time I build a computer, it will have a full-size tower case and better, quieter fans.

I purchased a gaming laptop last summer for a very good price, more to fix my game withdrawals than anything, it is a 2019 HP Omen with an i7-10750H and a GTX 1660 ti. I think the main thing I miss with desktop is my old mech keyboard, I had one with custom colors from Varmilo. Otherwise, it's been just fine, or at least since I used HP's undervolting tool so it stopped having a skillet for a keyboard lol.

Oh yeah the typing on a mechanical keyboard is great. I checked out the HP Omen, it has decent punch, but I'd rather build my own or at the very least swap out the tower to NZXT.
