In your options page you can now disable being added to RAT pools.

Use cases:  I want to make fun of Toby's third nipple in Lounge, but I am currently driving on the highway at 75mph and don't want to get added to pools because of my #main activity.

Use cases:  I don't want to be included in the pool because I am not training a gun at all, rats contain little 5G transmitters anyway, its just Izzys way of tracking us.

Use cases: I am winding down for the night, probably going to head to bed any minute now but will sorta shoot the shit on Lounge until I fall asleep.  I don't want to take someone elses spot in the pool because I won't bother shooting.  I'll toggle off for the night.

This option carries over for every character you make.  At any time you can toggle it and click save, but by default it is on and you will be added to pools as a reward for being active on Lounge.
