hey im a massive fan of shows like "the wire" "the sopranos" "chicago code" and "blue bloods" im looking for something new to download and watch any suggestions?

Justified is another good show from FX if your into cop shows.

A mixture of old & new, my personal favourites being 'Oz' and 'The Corner' though they're all highly rated crime genre dramas.

The Shield was brilliant, also there is a new show which just finished its first season called Game of Thrones.

OZ is absoulutly awesome! Brutal, funny and great storylines. Highly recommended!

Don't watch Lost, complete waste of time.

Dexter is amazing. I've seen every episode haha

And I started watching Flashpoint and that was pretty good. Its about a swat team pretty much.

Also Psych was amazing. Its a sorta cop/comedy show. So there are a couple ideas off the top of my head!

Alexander - there is no defense for Lost at all.

They had absolutely no idea where to go with it and in the end it turned into a series of continually escalating and stupid events, that culminated in the arse falling out of it all together.

Absolutely ridiculous and I only wish I could have the hours back that I spent watching it.

lost is one of the greatest tv shows ever made...FACT

In my opinion the 1st season of LOST is arguably the best first season of any show, ever.

It's also pretty indisputable that the wheels came off in the second season. I stopped watching several episodes into the second season and let me tell you... it feels awesome.

When speaking to my friends who watched the show in its entirety, nearly every one of the would prefer to switch places with me having only really seen Season 1. The rest attached themselves so deeply into the ridiculousness of the show in its later years that I'm pretty sure they developed Stockholm Syndrome.

Back on topic based on what you said you like I'd recommend the first 3 seasons of House.
