Sometimes organized crime needs a little... organization. The criminal elements of LV have started laying down the foundation for a new way of doing things. This is a long endeavor that requires a fair bit of construction, training and some dirty business so it won't be happening at the snap of a finger. Rest assured that when the ribbon is cut that any existing families will have a seat at the table. After LV, the project will expand to every unoccupied district, until such time that we have modernized how the hierarchy functions around the country. Now pardon me, *cracks knuckles*, there is some work to be done. |
