Batman's super power is basically that he's rich and can afford some super cool gadgets. Well, he's a ninja, too, so there's that.  Ironman wins because he is also super rich and his gadgets are much cooler. He might not be a ninja, but his suit makes him pretty much invulnerable to a Batman karate chop. Oh, and one photon blast would put Batman on his ass. Ironman wins this one.

Whoever the writer wants to win would win. Wayne is intelligent, but Stark is smarter. Bruce is far more cunning, and could use Stark's ego against him. But the Iron Man Armor has so much built into it, that I give the edge to the Tin Can over the Bat. 

It's Batman every day. Much cooler story, and less heart troubles. That said Iron Man was cool in the Avengers series and stuff. 

I prefer Batman over Ironman and it's not even close. 

However, if we are talking a battle, I'd take Ironman. See, they may be both genius billionaires taking justice into their own hands, but Ironman has more friends/allies than Batman meaning he can rely on their help and Ironman has fought enemies that have tried to wipe out the world and half of the universe whereas Bruce has only ever fought enemies trying to take over a city - Gotham.

Batman movies > Ironman movies though

I'm going to have to say Iron Man. Lets face it the MK1 suit built in a cave with spare parts was more technical than most of Batman's day to day stuff.

Hand to hand Bruce is the better fighter no doubt but remember most of Batmans tech comes from Lucius, without him Batman would be a guy in hockey pads.

I personally think Batman is a hundred times more badass then Ironman. 

Sure Ironman would probably win in a fight, but he's pretty lame as far as superheros go... never really understood what people like about Ironman. He'd probably just build the anti-batman 3000 that disables anyone named Bruce from moving. 

Wellllll that's a hard question!  I really like them both for different reasons!  I love Iron Man for his fashion sense and snark and I love Batman for his gadgets and whole surly nature!  So honestly...  I'd have to give a resounding both!

I have to go with Ironman for this one... I dont think it would be that close either. Ironman has tons of assets on top of his suit. 

This is obviously a trick question. The truth is Wolverine is the best among these dudes and the rest of them. Batman is just a geek with tools, and Ironman is pretty much the same.

Oooh, if we're adding Wolverine to the mix, I'd like to change my vote.

Batman he's richer and smarter, plus his suit is nicer.  Although Ironman's suit would cost around 450k today.
