There is a limit on how fast we allow users to click the wack button.  Up until now we were passive about it and just ignored the too fast requests, however due to the overwhelming constant abuse, we will have to add in a second measure - adding to your wack timer.

When you get warned you are going too fast a few thousand times, there really isn't any excuse to keep doing it.
