Bricktown Bar Started by: HarveyDent on Jul 09, '21 07:57
Genesis exits the train station. As he wanders the streets of Philly he had sudden need of a cold drink. He heads for the Bricktown Bar and walks inside. He was a lively place, a warm atmosphere.

He walks toward the bar a takes a seat. As he motions for the barkeep he grabs a cigarette from his pocket and his lighter. A lights it and takes a drag.

"Can I have a glass of Johnnie Walker neat, please"

They nodded and got his drink ready. They grabbed a clean glass and half full bottle of whiskey. They pour a glass and hand it to Genesis. He thanks them and takes a swig.

Pete walked into the Bricktown Bar and ordered a brandy then walked to a free table, this time he was alone and just enjoying the night.   Sitting there looking at his glass he began to think about the issues in his life, he was facing issues that could cost him his life his pals friendship is strained and for the first time he is having trouble seeing the outcome.  He wanted a clear road map from point a to point b and now he had so many lines that it was rough seeing what he wanted to get there.

Oh the Bricktown bar were right ahead of him. Could be good taking a drink now after having much done here at home this session and before he headed out on a roadtrip to another location he needed to visit to do some good crimes in.

He sat at the pub ab sipped at his doublwäe scotch. It tasted good and had a ball while sitting here at the bar dringing and resting his legs a bit.

I need a drink.

Seraphyna muttered to herself as she walked through the bars doors. Bricktown was a lovely place to visit and she was always ready for a drink. Today seemed longer than usual. Maybe it was lack of sleep, or the mountain of letters still left to read and respond to. Her eyes were heavy as she settled herself by the bar.

Whiskey kind soul! A double shot. Maybe two of those if you please.

Watching her drinks being made, she slid the bartender what she owed and sizable tip to go with it. She never liked to stay in places too long, but today she savoured her shots and looked around. Smiling at the people she recognized.

Time to go I think. Thanks for the drinks!

Downing the last of her drinks, she wandered back out through the door and into the streets.

Julius was in the motor city for awhile now, part of his trip was for business and the other was pleasure. Upon hearing talks of a speakeasy nearby, he chose today to be said pleasure. He entered the Bricktown Bar ready for a drink when stopped in amazement at the portrait of New York's skyline on the back wall. It made him feel at home even while away. The quick reverie escaped him when he heard someone order whisky. He repeated the same but with a tall glass.
