Good afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen, 

 I bring fantastic news. There are some new lights shining in Las Vegas.

First of all I would like to publicly thank GFC Chong for giving me the opportunity to lead Las Vegas. 

During all the turmoil I was able to take down the NPC Godfather and now the Godfather Chairman of Las Vegas. 

  Harper waits for the applause to die down.

I am pleased to announce that Sir Drake has set up his “October's Very Own” organization under me on The Strip, with his Right Hand Man AegonTargaryen.

Much thanks to my underboss Marsh who stepped up to the plate during the most hectic times in Paradise.  I would like to introduce his organization “The Extraordinary Terrestrials”, along with his hands Touch_Of_Evil and Jimmy_The_Hand.

To make Las Vegas complete FlintBeastwood relocated his organization “Gli Angeli Della Notte” to Summerlin along with his Right Hand Man EvilClown. A very special thank you to him. 

Las Vegas is shining bright again.  We look forward to working with all of you and hope to see you in Las Vegas soon.

I appreciate the opportunity Godmother! I'm excited to work with everyone and help grow the city of Las Vegas. Congrats to the others as well. If anyone needs anything, let me know. 

Drake gave his hugs and handshakes then went to his car. His wife had a joint waiting for him. He smiled and took a few puffs as they drove off to take care of business at the HQ.

Jimmy smiled as he thought about the new day dawning in Vegas. There hadn't been much to smile about the last few weeks but as the Godmother said - the lights were finally shining bright again. 

"It takes a special kind of person to be able to run a city and I consider it an honor to serve under you in this great city. Congratulations on your ascent!"

"Congrats Godmother, Drake and Flint! I know you all will make great leaders in the times ahead"

TOM steps off the plane and looks around. Those lights sure are pretty, he thought to himself. He packed only 2 suitcases for this trip. One filled with a big bag of LA's finest Mary J, the other stuffed with single malt moonshine.

"Now where was Harper 's office again?! I haven't slept in days...focus TOM!"

Arriving at Harper's HQ, he sees her sipping on a Bloody Mary on the porch.

"Darling! How are you?! It's been a crazy couple of days no? I brought some gist for the boys & girls here in Las Vegas. And let's not forget about you taking GodMotherChairman."

TOM puts the suitcases in Harper's office and joins her outside for a refreshing cocktail, well deserved. 

DrEvil clapped enthusiastically, "Bravo....oh bravo." Slightly rattling his linen clothed candlelit table. He looked over to his bosses in the other table, Touch_Of_Evil and Jimmy_The_Hand and  slowly returned his pinky finger back to the corner of his mouth. He proceeded to pet Mr. Bigglesworth's tiny bald head.
 

Godmother Harper, it fills my heart with joy to see the great city of Las Vegas on the mend. Fate put us altogether, for a reason I believe, and I look forward to working with Marsh and you to help make Vegas the center of Commerce it once was. Adding Drake and FlintBeastwood to the mix will only solidify Vegas as a true powerhouse on the West coast.

Squirrelly-Dan always had a soft spot in his heart for the city of sin.  He had a subtle appreciation for all things sinful.  Upon hearing the announcement of the new operator of the city he found himself pleased with the announcement.  

"Congratulations Harper !!  I know that your city is in capable hands.  Good luck in rebuilding it!!"  

Squirrelly-Dan lit a dart and went off to play some slots while he was there.

It is good to see that this place is finally shaping up to be the place I have heard about. Before today, there were many deaths as you can see if you look in the local newspaper. This is amazing that we can have something to look forward to. Congratulations Harper and Drake and the rest of Las Vegas.

Congratulations to everyone! This seems like a wonderful group who will work their tails off to rebuild what we've lost. I cannot wait to see what the future of LV has to offer!

Cherry waited as everyone gave their congratulations to the  Godmother of Las Vegas. When she saw that she  was finished with the guests who spoke before her Cherry approached her. 

"Congratulations Godmother Harper. I must take this opportunity to thank you for taking me in during a time unrest, that took some trust during the trying times we just came from. I look forward to working with you  and the rest of Las Vegas."  CherryBomb handed the Godmother an envelope. "I hope this helps you in your venture."  

Marsh appears suddenly to address the assembled crowd...

"I would like to thank Godmother Harper not only for the opportunity to build Paradise but also for guiding us through the last period of turmoil.   The city of Las Vegas seems to have a great core built and I look forward to seeing what heights we can achieve together.   I look forward to working with Drake and FlintBeastwood to help build Las Vegas in accordance with Godmother Harper 's vision."

I looking forward to working with all these great people in the best city in the world. We have a lot of work to do but it’s a challenge I know everyone is willing to take on. Let’s make Sin City the best city

Standing next to the crowd Ejsner listened to Godmother Harper speak to the masses and he couldn't help but have a smile come across his face.

I'm glad to have the opportunity to work with you and underneath you here in The Strip, I know you'll make these neon lights shine bright again!

Ejsner took a drag from his cigarette and turned to walk back towards the headquarters.
