If you maxed your gun on MIAs, then your shot record report is correct. The MIA counter went from unlimited MIAs to regular MIAs (and said 0 available) once you hit 100.

The shooting range however, only said "Nothing to offer, hone your skills elsewhere" once you were OVER 100 (meaning 101).

Sooo, basically, if your last train was via shooting range before you got maxed, you are actually 1 over max at that point, and should add a +1 to your "Shots after maxed" since max was actually 101 in that case, rather than the correct 100.
