LoveGun drudged out early Sunday morning to the streets. She glared behind herself at Crawford, who stood on the opposite corner holding her bottle of rum. He had stolen it from her last night as her reward from the mass jail break they had accomplished. Reward?! What sort of reward was that? Either way, he had a point, she needed to be at least twelve hours sober for this sort of announcement.

So she made her way down a back alley, elbowed a bum in the gut as he attempted to paw her up and found that old soap box. After positioning it into the middle of the street, yes, this news was that important, LoveGun cued the marching band she had recruited for the days work. Okay, so she didn't actually do that and it was just China Towns special celebration of some sort, but it worked. The large drums attracted the people, the people she wanted thinned from the crowd and stood near by to hear what she had to say.

Late last night...LoveGun yawned dramatically for added effect...I found myself in Godfather Premeir's office. He had called me in to discuss future plans for the city. When I arrived, I found him in his leather chair behind his large desk reading over some numbers. After he noticed I had arrived he tucked the papers he was looking over into a manilla folder and placed them on his desk. Premeir pushed himself away from his desk and stood, he walked over to the cluster of plush sitting chairs in the middle of the office. He offered for me to sit first, he poured us both drinks and didn't waste any time with what he'd called me for.

LoveGun's mind flitted back to the conversation she had with her Godfather the night before.

"LoveGun, as you know I've been thinking about Philly and what should happen with the fine city for awhile now. We've discussed ideas, plotted courses, but nothing felt completely right." Premeir paused for a moment, taking a sip of his whiskey. "After the war the city was a raw wound. I had strong ties with Philly and TheDean, even after he retired, we both held a professional relationship with the city and Godmother Whatsername. So going to war with them wasn't the easiest thing to do, but we did it and the city stood open for quite some time though. I've made my decision though, New York and Philly are about to change for the better."

The words he spoke last night echoed in her mind as she continued to the crowd in front of her.

Just as my Godfather cut to the chase with me, I won't waste anyone's time with all this great weather we've been getting lately. Someone cleared their throat, LoveGun looked over and noticed Crawford stood near the soap box. Grif and his family, The Red Team, will be leaving New York and striking out on their own in Philly.

This man is more then qualified to build and run his own city. Grif came to The Spanish Inquisition while the family was still in Chicago and Premeir was Underboss to Roman. Ever since then, he's worked hard and held strong with us through our good days and our bad. I am very honored to be addressing you all with this news, as well as very proud of Grif and everything he has achieved so far and will achieve in the future.

LoveGun smiled and picked Grif out of the crowd. She clapped for him, but wasn't finished. There was still much to cover.

Yes, there is much celebrating to be done, but that will not be the only change I've come to speak of today. I'm also here to to tell you about New York's expansion. The city is booming and each day the men and woman that do the crimes, run the drugs and break prisoners out of jail claim new territory and recruit new persons into the life of crime. Even with Grif here for the time being, each crew is almost topped off. So, without further ado, I would like to present to you all Cadoras as the newest Crew Leader in New York.

I've worked along side Cadoras' bloodline for a long time now. Just like Grif, he's helped build this city and I'm very happy to see him get his chance in a new bold suit. The bloodline has also been working as Godfather Premeir's right hand since shortly after The Spanish Inquisition made it's move to New York city and I took Underboss for my Godfather. The city didn't skip a beat when I left and Cadoras' father took the position and I think that says something about this man. He comes from a long line of professional mobsters.

Another smile crossed her lips, but she wasn't done singing praises just yet.

So New York and Philly are both moving positively into the future. Personally, I'm more then eager to see what the future holds for the two cities, which will be working along side each other. Grif will breath new life into Philly while Cadoras will do a wonderful job as the newest edition. I don't even need to give either men good luck, because luck had nothing to do with how either of them got to the places they are going. Hard work and dedication are the secrets they've used.

We will now kick off the celebration with free rum to all. Congratulations to both Grif and Cadoras!

MikeHunt, new to the city of New York himself, over hears great news of expansion. The expansion of Grif his own Boss, moving over and taking over the great city of Philly. With much history and great names that built up the notorious city, Grif had large shoes to fill. MikeHunt knew Grif would fit into those shoes just fine. 

What can I say Don Grif? Only been working with you for a short time, we've connected over my brief time in New York. I know you'll do well and fulfill every expectation you set out for. Philly has a great history behind it. And now it's your time to shine and make your own history. I'm ecstatic to be working for you while you build Philly into your own.

What a tremendous day.  It is always a great sign when all eight cities are filled with activity.  Grif you are absolutely the right man for the job, and I know Philadelphia will prosper under your leadership.  Cadoras, I know you will serve Godfather Premeir with the utmost respect and dedication.   Congratulations both of you.

Congratulations, Sir. This is well deserved and i cant wait to help rebuild the once mighty Philadelphia. I know you are going to do a fantastic job alongside Mr.Cadora and i have high expectations for what Philly can become under your great leadership. It has been a fun time helping with the rebuild of New York and now we get to do it all again, The Red Team way!

 After showing his support, smoke takes out two cigars from his chest pocket. He places one in his mouth and offers the other out to Grif...

Jimmy was in New York on some business.. the city that never slept when he heard of the news of the movements and the new leadership setting up shop in the town.. it was nearly 2am and people were everywhere, the city still lit up like daytime

From the sands of Las Vegas I wanted to wish both cities prosperity and luck on their ventures.. its always an exciting time to take on those new roles and expand business in the best interest to everyone involved and its great to see.

A city empty is never good for business, and now that construction has started in Philly so I finally will have somewhere to stop by and have a few drinks, do some business where the crime is controlled by a criminal organization again and someday hit the local casino!

Grif and Cadoras I wish you both the best of luck and next time your in Vegas be sure to stop by for a chat..

Raises his glass to the progress of all the mobsters involved and drank what remained in his drink.. slamming the glass nearly down nearly shattering it

Simplicity made her way forward to congratulate the men. She didn't know either very well besides seeing them amongst the streets. Yet, she was somewhat in love with that LoveGun lady. Nodding at those around her she then smiled.

"Congratulations to both of you! I had always wondered what was going to happen to Philly. I'm sure you both will do great and since there is no luck involved I'll just wish you the best. No luck!"

Simplicity laughed softly before finishing up.

"You guys will do great. Just keep your chins up and a good grip on your pants because you're in for a ride!"

And with that Simplicity left. Making her way back to work like the rest of them.

Let me first start off by congratuating Cadoras. I've worked with his bloodline for a bit now and the position is well deserved.  I wish him and the city of New York the best.

He listens in as others speak and continues.

Thanks to everyone for your kind words. I'm blessed to be presented with the opportunity of rebuilding Philadelphia with my family.  It's certainly been a pleasure serving under -Premeir and working with the other crew leaders in his city. 

Looking over to his watch, he waves to everyone and begins to walk off.

Grif, although we haven't spoke much and we don't share a close friendship. You were a member of New York who were part of Chicago therefore in my eyes you're one of us. Congratulatins my friend and I wish you all the very best in Philly. I am sure you'll achieve many great things in Philly and I look forward to seeing what you have in store for Philly.
