Stuck. His hands were bound behind a chair, and she watched as he began to wake up. A smile beginning to form on her lips. One that didn't speak of friendship or even like. It was clearly one wrought with anger and impending violence. Lissa tapped him with her foot.

"Wakey, wakey darling. It's time to rise and shine."

Watching him jolt awake and realize the situation that he was in, was all the satisfaction that she needed for the moment. Her amusement at his situation was written all over her face. Last night she had found him. He had been out with a few buddies, celebrating his latest kill. A kill that he had no idea would be avenged so swiftly. He didn't know her. Hadn't known that she had been listening to his conversation. Blending into the background, she waited until he ordered another round for his friends at the gambling tables. Taking the opportunity, Lissa had bribed the waitress so that she could deliver the drinks herself.

Putting a little something into the drinks, all she had to do was wait another hour or two until they were all too impaired to realize what was happening. Being a woman, he hadn't paid her much mind until she pretend to be overly interested in him. A touch here, a caress there was all it took for him to want to take her home. Instead of his home though, she begged that they return to her place. A well placed bat of her eyelashes and he was a drooling mess.

Arriving at her place, she had to fake interest until he fell asleep in the chair he was currently tied to. He had expected a few things and she was willing to play it up briefly. Now that he was waking up, she was glad she had showered. Nothing attractive about smelling like liquor and cigar smoke.

"What d-d-do you want from m-m-me?" He asked.

"Not so sure of yourself now are you there sweetheart?" Licking her lips slowly, commanding his attention before she spoke again. "Remember Louis?" His eyes widened at the mention of his last victim. "Oh yes, remember he had someone waiting for him? That would have been me."

Laughing at him while he tried to muster some bravado, she placed a finger over his lips.

"Don't bother. You're mine to play with now."

Her eyes narrowed the slightest as she walked away from him. She'd give him some time to consider what she may have planned for him.

It had been a few hours, Lissa had gone to do some work secure in the knowledge that she lived far out of the city with no neighbours. His restraints were study, and noticing he was still there upon her return made me smile. She was cold and calculating in her thoughts. Walking right past him, she went into the kitchen and ignored his pleas.

Once in the kitchen, she went about finding two large buckets that she had saved for just this occasion. Fumbling through a couple of drawers, loudly, she found her favourite and sharpest knife. Once again, she had planned for this and had sharpened it so it would do the job she had in mind efficiently. She may be a little sadistic but she wasn't completely without heart. Once everything had been gathered, she went to change into some throw away clothing. A dark black skirt and shirt. Tying her hair back, away from her face.

Having gotten set up, she went about putting one bucket behind his back, right under his hands. Coming back around, she decided to toy a little with him.

"I have one question. You will have an opportunity to answer to my satisfaction, and if it's not a good response you might be a very sorry little boy."

Her voice was light, but her eyes were cold as ice. She regarded him carefully as he composed himself. Seeing the look on his face, Lissa knew exactly the moment he became relieved, relaxing just the slightest thinking he would get out of this unharmed. Silly boy, she thought, how could you be so stupid? Ego.

"I see you have settled down enough now. Why did you kill him?" Her knife tapped against her thigh. Slap, slap against the skirt.

His eyes darted around the room as he gathered the courage to look her in the eyes. Finally mustering up his courage, or bravado, she wasn't sure which he began to speak.

"Orders. Under orders."

Her eyes flickered downwards, her performance was spot on. The grieving widow who was inclined to give the man a second chance as long as he did as she asked. A silly wife would never harm a hair on anyone's head. How wrong. His answer only fueled her anger. As she lifted her face, she could see his face drop. He knew. Too late.

Circling him briefly, she reached for one of his hands. Drawing the pinky out. Slice! Gone into the bucket. His screams were piercing. Another finger, slice! Gone just like the first. She did that until each and every finger was gone. Letting the blood drop into the bucket.

Circling once more, like a vulture. She watched the blood drain from his body. Once the first bucket was full, she switched to the second. By this point, he was slouched. Not sure if he was alive or dead, she wandered off to cook herself some dinner.

Settling herself down for a roasted chicken dinner, with potatoes and vegetables, Lissa kept her eyes on the man in the chair. She would wait until after dinner and check for signs of life. The fingers twitched as she bite into her chicken. Delicious food, and a bit of a show. She didn't realize how hungry all of that work had made her. Soon enough she had finished her meal.

Taking her time, she put away the leftovers and did the dishes. No sense rushing the inevitable. Making her way over to the man, she nudged him with the toe of her shoes. Grabbing the knife she had used earlier, she swiftly slit his throat. Making sure he was well and truly dead. Once finished, she wiped her hands on her skirt and went for the bag she had kept. It was massive, enough to fold a body into.

Now was the tedious task of cleaning up. She had a party to throw tomorrow and it would not do to have a dead man in her home. Folding the body into the bag, and zipping it up. She dragged it outside and into the woods behind the house. There were a few good spots for it, but she carried on until she could no longer drag him. Had it been hours that she walked? She wasn't sure. There was a cliff and she threw the body over it. Watched it drop, and then went back for the buckets. She did this trek a good few times until everything was over the cliff. Including the clothes she had been wearing.  Dressing in the woods into some clean clothes, she headed back home.

Having sent the cleaning woman home, Lissa went about cleaning up any drops of blood she might have missed. Thankful the floor didn't absorb any of it.

The phone rang almost immediately. Calmly she picked it up, wondering if one of her far off neighbours had seen her.

"Oh Linda. So good of you to call." Pausing to hear what her friend had to say before she continued. "Of course! The party starts at 7. See you then."

Hanging up the phone with a click, she smiled to herself.
