As a CL and Hands you need to be active. If you fall below 10 hours a week you get placed in jail for 24 hours. The 2nd week below 10 hours gets you 48 hour jail term. The 3 week below 10 hours you are banned from being a CL or Hand for at least 2 months. If real life is to busy then step down and give others a chance to rule. The game thrives on activity and if your not here to help it then your slowing it down. I myself am tried of being in families that feel like their dead or they spend more time in the lounge (AKA IRC) being active in the game has become second fiddle to IRC. After all This is called "MafiaReturns" not "IRC The Beginning" |

It's always good to see suggestions, but here's what i think: The CL have the right to chose someone he seems fit for the job. I think your suggestion would take away this right, since if the person he chooses/trust maybe is not that active, so then he would have to pick someone else, who is more active but still he doesn't trust like the other person? I don't know how that could work. Maybe a less harsh course of action? |

Carmaen I am saying even the CL have become inactive in the game. Even the GF's This has been an ongoing trend for a while now. I am sad to see it. |

| This is a game. Some people treat it as a full time job, others treat it as entertainment. You can’t punish someone for how many hours they do or do not put into this game. | |

You are right it is a game....would you play monopoly with someone who would not roll the dice. CL and Hands need to be there to move the game along. |

You are right Ragnarok. Unless you choose to be a Crewleader. At that point, You are expected to be here, maybe not 60 hours a week, but to be here maybe 1-2 hours a week, as a CL or even worse as a GF/GFC is a bad look. You chose to take that responsibility, knowing that it takes some of your time. You dont need to put in 60, but you should at least put in 15-20. Thats not much to ask.. 2-3 hours a day, and in reality, considering you stay active for 10-15 minutes after you walk away, thats only actually asking for a few hours. |

I'm with Noncan on this. GF, CL and Hands need to be active to keep the game going. If life dose not allow you the time then be a man Or women and say no thank you, I don't have the time needed. Don't be greedy and take the job over and over again. I see it mainly the same guilty people put in charge and then they bugger off and play with themselves somewhere else. Give the active people more of an opportunity to achieve |

No. No, and thrice I say No. If a player can accomplish the things to become and remain a CL on 3 hours a week, then more power to them. If you have an issue with that, Put in the time, become a CL, and make a reason to take them down.
I for one would refuse to play a game that requires players to be a certain level of active to achieve what is widely considered the pinnacle of success here. |
