| Who is that man I see, staring straight back at me | Started by: Uncle on Aug 23, '21 04:53 |

"You've been preparing for this for months. Find and kill that bastard." said Mccreary. "Don't worry. I'll make that rat pay for selling out his own blood." said Uncle as he shook the container in his hand. Uncle turned and faced the stage in front of him. There they all stood. His competition. Super ripped old men. Uncle eyed them all. One of them was a soul lower than a snake. A man that betrayed everything Uncle and his friends stood for. One of the tanned aspiring over-70 bodybuilding competitors was an informant and Uncle was going to hunt them down. When word reached DT that one of their own had turned; they all believed it would be business as usual. Find him, kill him. Easy-peasy. Unfortunately life doesn't always work that way. The informant was well hidden. All we had to go on was that they were an avid bodybuilder and he could hit an absolutely filthy charleston. Oh and old. Very old. As luck would have it Detroit was to host the inaugural Michigan senior citizen bodybuilding competition. Once the heads of Detroit learned this, they knew they only had one shot at flushing out the rat, but yet again fate was working against them. The contest was invite only. Those wishing to join had to pay a hefty enrollment fee that went towards the prize and had to have won a bodybuilding competition in the regional circuit. Knowing the fate of Detroit was in his hands, Uncle did exactly that. He got so fucking fit and won a regional contest. It was now or never. Before stepping out onto the stage Uncle turned his head to the left and caught a glimpse of himself. He was mystified. He approached the mirror and studied his reflection. Gone were the weathered lines and unkept nose hairs. Gone was the ugly mug he was known for. Uncle smiled and popped the top off the container he was shaking. He then proceeded to cover himself head to toe in bronzer. Once satisfied he finally regained focused and out of the corner of his eye noticed a man towards the opposite end of the stage practicing a sick-ass charleston. "I got you now you son of a bitch." said Uncle as he pulled out a gun hidden in his trunks. |

"I'm going in to watch the competition, we need to get the good seats." McCourt said to Julie. "Listen to him Julie, this should be one heck of a show!" said Metalskeleton as he ate beans from a tin.
I kept watching as the competitors arrived on to the stage, they second man towards the end of the stage looked like the pawn but I knew better that nobody would take the bait. The fourth arrival was the real deal and I knew when the last man to arrive got on stage he would know exactly what do. Likely nobody else in this crowd would know what's really going on but I had a the first class ticket to the best show in the universe right now. The bronzer, tights, porn moustaches and weird poses didn't concern a man of my knowledge.
It all began two days ago when I met Mickey McCourt and Julie in a bar and we hit it off straight away but there was another man there who called me aside, usually I wouldn't have obliged but I could see in his eyes that the news might be of some value, he handed me an envelope with all the details of what was happening in the competition and I knew I had to get in to see it. So I went back to McCourt and Julie and forcefully suggested that we attend the venue in a couple of days to see the competition.
His smile widened as the gun came on show... |
