Finally, the applications have been read (too many times), the results have been tabulated, and the new HelpDesk staff is up and off to a great start!

MafiaReturns is happy to announce that their new HelpDesk Associates are Adrian, BadWolf, Bammy, Eve, Odin, Scarin, Shocker and waylander!

The second application process was rigorous (for myself and those involved), asking questions ranging within a wide subject to gauge not only knowledge and ability, but insight as well. Every applicant was scored on a points system, and those that fell within the target points range were the ones selected for hire. Thus far they are all exceeding expectations, and we cannot wait to see what else they have to add to the HelpDesk in their future!

As this process was happening, certain point scales were also used to assess a fair few qualities for people who have the aptitude to lend a hand on the Player Commission as well. Many of the second round applicants were chosen for positions on the pilot crew of the Player Commission, and the staff is very excited to see where many of these brilliant people will excel!

Many may have noticed that there was some re-arranging of the staff as well. The game is excited to announce that we are *superclose* to heading into a heavy advertising period. With the additions of the new HelpDesk Associates, we made sure to put people in proper positions in preparation for this new game state. At this time, we want to take the opportunity to thank all those on staff who were retired for their endless service to the game; you will all be sorely missed.
