Maybe I’m wrong, but I feel most of the time when there is zero job coverage it’s because people are online and oblivious or simply not around. If this isn’t the case, then maybe these suggestions won’t help much. But anyway, here’s my suggestions: 1. Sponsor button is automatically set to on. So regardless of whether you are on a PC then log onto mobile or whatever the case may be, your sponsor button is on if you are a sponsor. You must manually toggle it off if you need to. 2. If a sponsor is toggled on and does not contact a sponsor, their upper structure gets a personal advising them of this. If it’s a CL or upper structure who does this, the GF gets this notification or perhaps center district CL if there is no GF. Maybe the gf gets all of these notifications for their city regardless so they can see who isn’t carrying their weight. Something similar I think is implemented currently but maybe not quite like this. 3. If job coverage goes to zero at anytime, all sponsors get a personal advising them of this, whether they are online or not. That way, sponsors online can toggle on immediately if they aren’t currently and if a sponsor come on shortly after this happens, they will see the personal and damn sure (hopefully) make sure they are toggled on so lack of job coverage is minimized. |
