The earth felt like it was on fire that day. The sun was scorching down and everything seemed drier than normal. Seraphyna raised her hand to cover her eyes so she could look around. Standing outside the building in Delaware, waiting on Lissa. She was always waiting on her it seemed. So busy that girl was. "Hell hath no fury..." muttered to herself before a small chuckle escaped her. There was no way she would ever be mad at her friend. Their paths might have been different but they had the same ideas of fun. Here Sera was, an older woman left bound to a table in the house behind her. Not afraid she would leave, since how could she? Chained to the table which was heavier than any normal man could even lift. So outside she sat, while the woman bled from small cuts. They looked more gruesome than they were though. Sera needed a bit of information for Lissa. The dirt along the roads started to fly a long way off and Sera's heart fluttered. Knowing Lissa, she had told her fiance that she was out letting the horse run free. Lissa's fiance was not a fan of her, thinking she was the bad influence on Lissa, however truth was they had bonded over the things Lissa really enjoyed. Sera was more of a fire starter, but Lissa? Oh, she loved to inflict pain on her enemies. Never those she cared about. Letting the horses drink some water, the women set them free to roam around the house while they went inside. Lissa didn't say anything at first, merely inspected the cuts. "Superficial, perfect. Creates a mess but she won't die from them." Her head turned toward Sera and she smiled at her. "For someone who has no practice, you certainly took this task well. Now did you get what we needed to know?" Lissa took a step back from the table and placed her hands on her hips. Sera could see the figure of her friend more as the shirt hugged her friend. Shaking her head briefly, Sera smiled back. "Of course. Their party will be held on Saturday at The Lounge in New Orleans. Will you be ready by then?" "I am always prepared for anything. I'll get a plane ticket immediately." Lissa turned on her heels and walked outside. There was a whistle and soon the horses hooves were going down the back road, leaving Sera with her table companion. "Well what am I going to do with you?" Sera bit her lip before a smile formed on her lips. So many ideas ran through her mind. |

The hooves were returning, Sera knew Lissa was the only one to know about this place so she wasn't worried. The woman on the table had bled a fair bit was still conscious, as she read a book. Setting the book aside, she got up and met her friend at the door. Opening it just before Lissa could walk through the door. "Still alive?" Lissa asked. "Of course. You made it in time." Lissa headed off towards the room, and Sera sat back down with her book. Tonight it was Animal Farm that had caught her attention. While she read Sera, could hear muffled screams. Eventually she wanted to see what was happening, so she slipped into the room. The scene before her strangely made her smile. Lissa had cut all the fingers off on one hand. The stump was bandaged, which Sera was pretty sure was to keep the woman awake longer. She knew the lady's name but calling her woman became a way to detach from the acts of violence. It looked like Lissa had put some salts on the cuts. Sera winced because she knew the pain that would cause first hand. Sera watched her friend dismember, and eventually watched the light go out in her eyes. "Make sure you clean up, Lis." Sera smiled at her friend and left the room. Her book waiting for her, she settled into her chair while her friend cleaned up the mess in the other room. It would be another long night of trying to find the perfect resting spot for this woman. Regardless of what she had done to Lissa and Sera, she had paid with her life, and in such they would take their time to find a decent spot for her body to rot. |

The Geezer hadn't stolen anything for a while, well, not since some noncey lawyer banned him from his premises for stealing his stapler, that's a whole other story. He currently couldn't help watching a young lady talking to herself on the street, it seemed............odd. 'here sweetheart, what the fuck is going on? can I take you home or take your belongings?' |
