"Friends, I come here because it is time to finish something.  And that something is the feud that my bloodline has been engaging in for some time.  A descendent of mine got into a street argument with PhillipMarleau and since then, our bloodlines have feuded.

He is a worth adversary in many ways.

But my conduct in the latter stages of the feud went beyond and accepted and acceptable standards.  I paid dearly for that mistake.

As far as I'm concerned, @JohnnyGavin, and his friends, saw their bloodlines vindicated.

But it is time for us to forge a new path.

We are, both of us, dedicated to the Streets.  I hope that my sincere apology for my inappropriate and unacceptable story involving him enables us to move forward.

I think the Streets would benefit.

Ol' Gil was making his way home when he noticed Rocky on the podium about to speak. After hearing what he had to say, Gil thought he'd offer his opinion.

I don't know much about your feud with PhillipMarleau's bloodline but I do think it's very commendable that you have apologised. You're taking steps to rectify the problem and I respect that.  In my experience it's better to forgive and move on than to live in the past. 

Thank you, Gil_Gunderson - I just hope that the man himself, JohnnyGavin, comes and has a word with us.

I also hope he gets involved with the writing contests.
