Pleased, Grif sits in his office looking out of the widow to the growing city of Philadelphia.  He remembers walking through the doors of his HQ that morning and noticing that thing were getting a little cramped. It was time to expand.  As he took a sip from an icy glass of water, he hears a knock on the door to break his thoughts.

Who is it?

The door is pushed open and MadAnt walks into the office.

Ah! Just the man I wanted to see. Come have a seat.

MadAnt makes his way towards an armchair facing Grif’s desk and sits. Meanwhile, Grif continues to stand and walks around the room a bit without talking. Finally, he breaks the silence.

I remember when your father came to me looking for a family.  Ever since that day, your bloodline has done nothing but great things for me. You have been extremely hard working in all areas of this thing of ours and you continue to impress me.  For that reason, I want you to set up as my first captain in Philadelphia.

MadAnt sits there surprised but excited.

Hard work and loyalty pays off. It’s been a pleasure having you in my family. Now it’s time for you to set up a family of your own.

Grif walks over behind his desk and pulls out two shot glasses. He fills them with whiskey, sliding one glass over to the city’s newest crew leader. He raises his in the air and says

Congratulations bud. You've deserved it.

Johnny was waiting outside the door for the right moment to come in.

"Congratulations MadAnt!" Johnny shakes his hand. "Well deserved, your loyalty has been unquestionable! Best of luck."

Congratulations to you MadAnt! It has been a pleasure serving with you in the family and I'm excited to see you help us build this city from your own family!! I believe you will do great things MadAnt!

MadAnt takes the shot glass and throw's it back and down his throat. He stands up and looks Grif in the eyes. 

“It has been an Honor working under you for so long. My father always respected the shit out of you and I know he is proud of me. This is just the start for me, now that I’m your captain I will not fail you, I will never betray you and I will always have your back, no matter what.”

MadAnt stops talking for a second and takes a puff from the cigar he had in his hand.

“Grif, I remember when you gave me a shot at being one of your hands and it was an honor and I like to think never failed you. But now Ladies and Gents I would like to present to you my family.
The Philadelphia Warriors”

Caboose walks up to MadAnt and hands him a bottle of 16 year old A. H. Hirsch Reserve

Congratulations! As someone who has also had trust put into his abilities I welcome you to the world of being a family head. Intresting times ahead for the both of us. I hope that over the forth coming months our family ties from East Coast to West will become solid and unified.

Mayfair was in the HQ that day and over heard the good news.  Without thinking he started clapping and spoke.
